they should know my name by heart how many times I’ve called complaining about an order that they messed up. last time i got tenders for me and my 16month old (yes, the photo added)and they were spicy when I asked for mild. I asked for double fries and got hard, cold fries. I will never go back— just drive to memorial, they’re always on point. food is already expensive as it is and nobody has time or money to waste to pay for bad food.

I miss having access to a Popeyes everyday! I miss New Orleans but this pit stop was the next best thing. Excellent food, clean lobby, and the staff was smiling and friendly. Finally got that famous chicken sammich I’ve been hearing about for two years!

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich , with a sprite and mac n cheese . The mac n cheese was good , however the sprite had no ice . And my chicken sandwich has about a cup of mayo on it . I also ordered no pickles and it says it on my receipt but I got lots of pickles . This was a terrible experience and seems like there are people working there who don’t care about their job . You need to do better quality control I just wasted $11 and had to go eat somewhere else because it was so bad . 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to a friend .

The popcorn shrimp still had tails, was drenched in greece, and was cold! Turned around in a few days and tried Popeyes on Memorial (taking my feedback coupon from Church Street) which I wasn’t allowed to use. Was told I could only use it for the store I received it! That’s it for me. Too many other chicken places in Murfreesboro to give them any more chances.

Fries cold; shrimp tackle box shrimp warm and tasted like it was cooked yesterday; did not get the 2 wings ordered; strawberry lemonade looks like snot and water. Person that took my order was not rude. 2nd horrible experience will not return to this Popeyes. Every Popeyes I have been to food has been hot and good. This one is newly opened and food is trash.

I ordered $50 worth of food. I got the 8pc Family Combo, a 5pc Tender combo, and a 6 pack of biscuits. When I got home I found I didn’t get the biscuits for the family combo or the 6 pack, I didn’t get the drink with the 5pc tender meal either. Half the order was missing and the food was just as cold the staff. When I complained to the manager on shift. I was told I’d have the whole order remade on my next trip there. When I called a few days later to make sure that’d happen when I got there, I was told they’d replace only what was left off the order. I’ve worked fast food so I can understand but this?? This is flat out ridiculous. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere. Sure the biscuits are good but it’s not like you’ll get them anyways!

Last week I was shorted 2 pieces of chicken. Tonight my chicken count was right but my beans and rice was just rice no beans chicken was hard like it was sitting underneath the light all day. Never going back to this location again I rather drive to the Popeye’s on memorial even if it’s further away.

Had the classic chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes….very good! The chicken was flavorful and mashed potatoes delicious. Reading the previous reviews now..frankly surprised. The order was taken at drive through….pleasant and courteous.

The Church St Popeyes location has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We went in to eat there were 2 lines backed up 5 people deep. People were getting out of line and leaving and we did the same. We decided to try the drive thru instead only to realize that people were sitting at the speaker not even being waited on for approximately 6 minutes then finally they would place their order and pull up only for the next car in line to have to set there for 6 minutes waiting for someone to come on so they could place their order. So I decided to leave and go somewhere else and I got out of line after a total of wait time of about 16 minutes. When I went to leave 16 minutes later both cars who had placed their orders 16 minutes ago were still at the window waiting on their food. That really is just an unacceptable wait time to be sitting in a drive thru as well as the train wreck that was happening inside with people trying to get served inside as well.
