July 14th 2023 Friday so me and our family tried to dine in and they said their dining room is closed. So then we tried to go through the drive through and they said it would be 15 minutes before they could take our order or longer cause their systems are down but they had someone in the drive thru window that had just placed an order and was waiting on their food. They were just being lazy and standing around. The systems were clearly not down they just didn’t want to work. And their digital screen in the drive thru was up quaking so it was a lie. Not good service get better workers that aren’t lazy.

I called up there this morning because they had messed up our order from last night tried calling them last night for 15 mins and no one would answer then I called this morning to speak to the manager and they said to call after 5pm so I did again the phone just ranged and ranged after the 3rd time calling they finally picked up and it was the manager and she just said mmm hmm and hung up the phone. I wasn’t rude or anything we didn’t even eat the food. So we just now threw it away because of her rudeness we won’t be going back there

Had to use the drive-thru because apparently the dining room is closed but the food was pretty good the wings we ordered were tasting hot because they had to make them fresh so what kind of good with that they did run out of tea which was not good but it was okay we got something different

Ordered online for delivery. Spent $40 on 1 three piece tender meal with fries and biscuits. And 1 eight piece tenders with biscuits and a large fry, ranch, honey mustard, bbq sauce and sweet heat sauces.

The people that work here are extremely rude and disrespectful! We went at 4 in the afternoon to try there blackened chicken sandwich and the hateful rude employee said they are out of them! Really the parking lot was empty there were no customers there never are because service is so bad.And also since we backed up at the speaker she made us drive around the building because it supposedly messed up her speaker! We are done will not be back!

Haven’t been to that place in a long time atmosphere is bad staff not friendly at all dont know if i will ever return. With as many negative comments they have you’d think corporate would intervien. Short staff or not damn they are worser than there competiton across the street and thats not saying much either! Maybe they need to call Bar Rescue! John taffer!

Used latenight drivetru, heavy grease smell outside, took my order fine. But they forgot my biscuit, chicken wasn’t fresh, and my fries were overly greasy like it sat inside the fryer too long and tasted like the gross outside air. I won’t come again.

Surprised they even have a 3.2 star review. If you want service with a smile this is not the place. Young kids with attitudes. Thank God I learned good manners and good customer service skills growing up. I realized I had a job because we had customers paying for the service. Stop hiring garbage and look for a more quality candidate. Pay them a decent wage and teach them to appreciate customers. That’s why you are there working! Forget this place go across the street to KFC.

This place has disappointed us twice. First time our chicken was over cooked. 2nd time waited in a long line only to realize the staff were picking and choosing who they would take orders from, car in front of us pulled off and so did we when we got to to speaker order only to be told they didn’t have any chicken?! And couldn’t take our order?! What?! How can you be out of chicken when this is the very thing it’s all about here! Yet the people behind us were able to order. Seemed to be taking color preference people we were white. So needless to say we will never be back.
