We had a mobile order, only to be told at the order screen there that this particular Popeyes was not accepting mobile orders, despite the website allowing us to create the order. We then waited for 46 minutes for two orders of 5 piece chicken strips combos.

Just don’t. I would rather miss a meal than eat here.This location is ridiculous. The employees are rude and don’t even know what’s going on. I can’t imagine if they were actually busy. Accidentally chose this location through the app, only ate here one other time and it was just as disappointing. Placed an online order pulled up and was told we needed to come inside because they are short staffed. Nobody else was in the drive thru line and no customers inside when we went in, no idea why we needed to park and come inside when we were the only customers. Gave my name again, they couldn’t find my order at first so it never got prepared. Not a surprise since the employees were on their phones and carrying on loud inappropriate conversations with each other. Ordered and paid for large fry was given cold fries in a small box. Biscuit was old, cold, and gross couldn’t even eat it. Had to ask for my cups twice, lady just stared at me both times. My husbands sandwich had an old hard bun he couldn’t even eat it. The red beans and rice were watery and flavorless, usually one of our favorite sides. One customer walked in while we were waiting again nobody greeted or acknowledged him. These employees are so rude they really shouldn’t be working in customer service. The store was dirty and gross just like the employees. I can see why they are short staffed I wouldn’t want to work here either.

The electronic sign displayed $6.99 chicken sandwich special, with small fries and drink. I ordered it, and I was charged $9.99. I showed the manager/supervisor the special displayed on the electronic sign. He said he would take the special off of the display. He didn’t honor the special. False Advertisement

I waited at the speaker and had to ask 3 times if anyone was there. Someone responded that I couldn’t understand because they were mumbling. I pulled around and the guy at the window just stares at me and doesn’t say a word I hand him my card and his hands are dripping wet. He gives me my card back wet, still no words. A woman comes to the window and says nothing to me as she hands me my food. I greeted both of these people and thanked them both and neither one of them acknowledged me.

Ordered a 3 piece chicken combo. Got3 pieces, 2 wings and a leg. Not worth the 12.75 I was charged. Got plenty of condiments, 5 ketchup, 4 honey and 7 hot sauce .

This location is terrible. Little boy at the window stole my husbands card never gave it back to him in the drive thru! Used his card to buy another meal and tried to cash app his self money off of my husbands card!!! Tried to contact Popeyes corporate they didn’t do a damn thing! Horrible!!

If i could give ZERO stars , I would! This is the RUDEST location I’ve ever experienced. Refused to give me the managers name !!!! All the rude girl said was she’s not in. I called 15 Times , after being hung up on THREE times.. I get that little bit of information. My order was canceled by app and i was instructed to call the store, yet THEY Refused TO DO THEIR Job! Unacceptable! Typical of Montgomery area , I guess. District has already been contacted. (Yes, I’ve worked for this company.. so that excuses aren’t acceptable!) HORRIBLE STAFF . Can’t even answer the phone professionally and at least state the name of the business paying your salary SMH
