I came to dine-in on my lunch break and placed my order at 2pm. They forgot to make my order so they started and I finally got it 30 mins later and was able to eat my lunch and head back to work. They compensated by giving me a large soda and an extra strawberry biscuit.

7/23/23 Kelton “the so call manager on duty.” She needs an attitude adjustment. I will never ever go to this location again. When visiting different states. Just beware, they are a LOT different here in Montgomery. The young lady who took the order was very pleasant.I would give her 5 stars. I asked the young lady if Kelton was the owner the way she was acting. I did not take my food back, due to not trusting what she may do to it. #Popeyesdobetter

Horrible service. We went inside & the guy taking orders walked away for 5 minutes. He finally came back & just looked at us, no greeting. We then waited 25 minutes for our order & when it came we were missing 3 fries & received 5 regular chicken sandwiches instead of 2 spicy, 1 blackened spicy, & 2 regular. The sandwiches actually tasted good but they were not what we ordered. Definitely would never go back nor recommend this place. These employees need trained! We love other Popeyes.

The customer service wasn’t the best. When we ordered our chicken, we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. My family and I waited around 30 minutes for the chicken while having a four hour drive ahead of us. The inside of the store is also in need of some attention.

Very rude manager on West s blvd location. I ordered the new chicken sandwich, 2 pcs large combo with 2 apple pies and mashpotatoes. I received red beans and rice, sandwich , and combo. No mashed potatoes and no apple pies. The contact number was not connected. I live 10 miles from the store. I asked for an apology and my food. I never got an apology. The manager said if I wanted to complain, contact corporate. The survey was asking everything about me and no place to complain. I will not spend my hard earned money at this Popeyes. When I told them they displayed bad customer service, they all laughed at me!

Very slow. Unprofessional and everyone on cell phone. They had no napkins, drink dispenser was not clean and incorrect. And we had to wait 30minutes on hot chicken. The staff is dumb founded they ask did we want mild when we order spicy chicken.. sad place to come. Make sure you check your order.. Terrence should be FIRED and let go. Very rude to staff. No team. Only for the cashier and the cook. Need new team. . Also Terrence said he or it don’t care how the chicken look.

Take away one star for the manager coming outside and almost busting out the door and bowling me over. She seemed to be upset at the other two managers that she was training. The sink was a little dirty but other than that the place was relatively clean. I’m also taking away one more star for the dirty sink that looked as if someone puked in it look at the picture. If you’re going to chastise Your subordinates do it in the office somewhere not in front of the clients.
