I rarely leave reviews! But tonight was HORRIBLE. We got there and manager(shift lead) and another employee were standing there talking about someone else and using very inappropriate and disrespectful language within the work place. Then we ordered the 24 PC nuggets and they said they were out and wouldn’t drop more, they had some so we got what they had, and the chicken sandwich both combos one with mashed potatoes one with fries, NOTHING had flavor. It was disgusting. I kid you not the only thing that was manageable was the drinks. Won’t be returning through the remainder of the stay here.

Man I was so excited about the reopening of Popeyes Decatur. However, went there for lunch (8/1/23) and they left off a side, charged me 3.29 for it but there’s no way of calling. The number on the receipt is disconnected and the online number just rings and rings then goes to a busy signal. The food was great except the potatoes but I wouldn’t know because I NEVER GOT THEM! When asked how was it I simply replied “They still can’t get an order right.

As a delivery driver, this place is very frustrating. They never have anything that is on the menu. So we always have to cancel our clients orders. I never want to take orders for this place anymore due to this. Someone here needs to look into who stocks the food and fix this. You should not be running out of food every day. Also, the lines around the building are so slow. It’s not worth the time. I decline all orders for this place because it’s just going to get canceled anyway.

This place was laughibly bad. Like the experience was so bad do was asking god how it could happen. Waited in line for about 30 minutes than got to the window only to be told our system is down can take payments. I said alright guess I’ll go cry. Waited and then they told me to drive around again after I got out. Got the same rude woman to take my order and finally got my food. Food was amazing 10 out of 10

Just had the worst experience ever here!! My chicken tenders weren’t fully cooked and the mashed potatoes looked terrible. I was honestly scared to eat them so I didn’t. I spent $29 for our things and I was able to eat a tender and a biscuit. Oh and they said they were out of dirty rice but just today and their ice machine was down. Just close! Don’t half a$$ operate!!! What a waste of our money.
