I am one of the easiest person to deal with when it comes to the food industry and this opinion may not reflect the staff at Popeyes in Jasper Al. But it definitely is negligence of the corporation. They only had 3 employees counting the manager working the lunch rush. Needless to say they were not working fast but understood since you are short staffed. They advertise strawberry lemonade but said they no longer do that anymore. They charge me for a side of mayonnaise, fine I get it nickle and dime your customers. All those things were inconvenient but it bothers me that this is what they are selling as an 8pc chicken nugget. It is mostly breading and 2 of those pieces are only breading like crackling from the fryer, I asked the manager if this was the typical quality of corporate standards and he said it was so no yelling or getting mad just not gonna subject myself to that again. They call this a 3 chicken finger meal and charge $10 for it? Like seriously, this is what you get for $10? I took it back and asked the manager if he thought that was 3 chicken fingers and he said of sorry ill get you some more, AND BROUGHT ME TWO MORE SHRIMPY CHICKEN FINGERS!! He’s lucky I didnt throw the biscuit at his head, it was so hard it would have definitely concussed him. Will NEVER be back, if this is the same managment as the last one in jasper I can see why it didn’t last.

So, this was my second time here. Okay thought it would be good. I order my food at 7:38pm on July 12, 2022. The lady came out to say that they miss counted and would be okay with some chicken tenders. Forgot our food. Waited sitting inside over 30 minutes. They were short handed. Finally a girl told my husband they forgot about us. Then we ordered a to go order and they did same thing. Didn’t offer us anything for their mistake or anything. But was told again they forgot. They really need more workers! I felt sorry for them. Food was good and they were sweet regardless of what happened. I’m sure it was just a bad day.

First time I’ve been back since the day after opening. I got the 5 piece mixed with 2 sides and 2 biscuits. The chicken was good but maybe a little too dark, but it was tender. The mash potatoes and gravy and red beans and rice were amazing as always but no gravy on rice & beans which was disappointing. The biscuits were definitely old but edible. I’ll definitely be back more often. Next with pics

Popeyes is my favorite restaurant. Just not the one in Jasper. The chicken sandwich was ok but would have been better hot. Ordered a 3 piece meal and only got 2. Drove back around and they have strips to make up for it but they were very thin with mainly gristle. The manager was not friendly at all.

Two days ago I visited my local popeyes Louisiana style chicken restaurant and we got the 12 piece spicy. I didn’t eat none of it cause I can’t handle spicy food due to acid reflux. My other family members tried it and one of them said it was half-cooked. And for that reason I’ve decided to give it a 4.5 out of 10. On the bright side though I’ve eat their other chicken which was mild and it tasted alright to me and when I got it it was freshly cooked.

just had my wife pick up a 3 peice dinner and what she brought home they should be ashamed of giving someone…for $11.00 i got the smallest thigh ive ever seen in my life,,ive seen chicken nuggets bigger.. along with a small drum and little wing…tried call and its a cell phone thats turned off…rip off at this location..,,picture to prove it
