WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY FROM THE MANAGEMENT LADY. I always go to this store and never had a very bad customer service from the MANAGER at the front, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, DISRESPECTFUL. Her name is Juana and is the general manager (as she said) very impolitely, yelling to the customers and employees. I was trying to tell her something about my last order that I didn’t get what I wanted, wasn’t make it for her and she was not there that day and she insisted saying i was lying. Every time I purchase there all the employees are very educated and polite but with this lady I almost lost my patience the way she talked to me and cancelled my order treating me like s*** in front of other customers and forcing me to leave the store like a foolish this is something no one ever wants to experience. I wish nobody get the same customer service experience i had today!!!

Order the ghost pepper wings and the new strawberry biscuit. The wings was missing the ghost pepper was expecting it to be spicy. The name is misleading because there was no ghost pepper in these wings. The strawberry biscuit was missing the strawberries, no strawberries were in these biscuits.

It’s 50/50 if the drive through is open. The drive through speaker is working one day, and broken the next. They used to have you order from the window which was cool, but now they require you to go inside to order. Orders are often gotten wrong, but at least the food is good.

Do not visit this location, the service is horrible and management doesn’t care in the slightest. They took my money and didn’t give me my food. I waited in line forever, then was told to pull up 25 min later I’m knocking on the door, locked at 9 pm. Four people were standing inside playing on their phones. They just ignored my so I knocked harder. I paid for my food and wanted to leave. One came half way to the door and said we are closed. When I yelled I want my food and showed my receipt. The girl came to the door and asked what I wanted. At that point I asked for the manager. And was told she’s busy cleaning floors, that’s why the door is locked. The manager was standing fifteen feet away playing on here phone. There was a group of kids inside the lobby. I left without my food. When I reached out to corporate over and over again they just kept replying with emails saying we are looking into this, in the mean time download our app and click on offers we added a curtesy offer for you. There was never any offers, I never received anything from them but instant reply blanket emails. I tried every avenue to get my money refunded and nothing. Look at the other reviews and believe them. This store has horrible management and the team follows suit. I will never return to this location and still was never compensated for the money they took without getting my food. All they did was get me to download the app in hopes they did what they said. To be honest worst experience ever. My boyfriend and I wanted to eat at this restaurant not knowing there was one near by. They were understaffed ( which I know from years of being in the food industry it has happened no biggie). An employee ( later finding out he works in maintenance), had to get napkins from walmart because they didnt have enough supplies. Then the lady who cashed us out was a bit rude, and we were waiting for our lids because they didnt have any stacked on the drink area ( it happens, low in staff-i get it been there). We got our food, no problem whatsoever, enjoyed the meal. But when we were about to leave headed to the parking spot we saw something blocking our car. There was a car parked infront of our car. We went back inside, asked who it was- and it was the guy who bought the napkins from walmart. And he yelled saying that you guys parked in the managers spot ( he was maintenance , nit even wearing any uniform whatsoever). And told us we were wrong to park there , when by no means there was no sign of that-and there was a prior customer parked there before we did. The guy rudely told us that he did that to teach us a lesson but he had all these parking spaces that you can see in this picture. What kind of management person would park their car so lowly like that. Ive worked in the food industry for years but what ive experienced yesterday-save yourself the hassle, this restaurant has to be the worst of the worst.

Worst Popeyes restaurant ever, first thing lobby was closed for some reason when clearly states that they close at 10pm! I go to drive thru the girl that was taking my order was rude telling me give me a second and minutes pass by, didn’t let me take my time to look at the menu didn’t let me finish talking and saying my total to make it quicker. In the background I heard that she was saying “oh my god this lady” then at the window she was just horrible didn’t get my order right I went back and she was still giving me attitude, trust me never coming back terrible service and employees.

If I could give zero stars I would. I swore I’d never go back to this place but after almost 2 years I thought the fact that they were still in business, something must’ve changed so I gave them another shot. Absolutely regret it 100%. We ordered an 8 piece meal which should’ve had 2 of each piece of chicken (thigh, breast, wing and leg) Along with 1 side and 4 biscuits. Well, we got 3 legs 3 wings and 2 thighs for $30. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to just do your job right? But apparently it’s very hard to count and decipher between a leg and a breast?? If they didn’t have all they needed, simply letting the customers know that and allowing them to decide what they wanted rather than just throwing together anything and assuming it would be ok is not how you keep customers coming back again.

We ordered the mac and cheese which appeared to have been sitting for quite a while and disintegrated as soon as touched by utensil. We weren’t brave enough to taste it. The iced tea didn’t have any flavor. The spicy chicken sandwich had plenty of spicy sauce and could have used more than one small pickle slice

The food is good when its made fresh. But the customer service is horrendous! The employees seem like they have no idea what is going on. The guy taking the order was just talking around with 2 other girls from staff, they were on their phones! The line was wrapping around to the back! The customer service is what is sinking this popeyes. This company will be wise to give some training to its employees
