We went to Popeye’s yesterday and the food was really good. We purchased a family meal which was really good. My wife wanted a small bowl of red beans & rice. I wanted a small of Cole slaw. I was surprised at how small their small was, especially at $3.99. But, the chicken was really good, the Buffalo sandwich and the Regular Chicken sandwich were good. There was a HUGE box of French fries that the kids really liked.

10:50 AM and the restaurant was not opened. Gave Popeyes another chance. Food was hot and fresh but would have love to have a full container of Red beans & rice! The amount in the container cldnt have filled up a toddler

This is my second time going to this location and both times I had to wait a long period of time. So today, I decided to order some food through the app. My order was placed at 12:17pm. It said my order will be ready at 12:34pm. I left around 12:40pm and it took me 10-12 minutes to get there. When I got there I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before someone came. The guy proceeded to say he couldn’t find my ticket. After 3 minutes one of the other workers found it. I stood there for the other 20-25 minutes waiting. It was 1:05pm when I got my order in my hand. I have been eating at Popeyes for years and never had service like this. I will not be going to this location.

We have ordered online for pick up on numerous occasions and it is always a hassle and the food is never ready when we get there. This time we still had to wait while the food was prepared. We received a 2 piece chicken instead of the 3 piece we ordered and did not receive the apple pie we paid for. What food we did receive was good.

The food was hot and great. But the people there don’t want to work together. Old lady you could tell she had a stroke or something. She was taking orders and trying to make orders and they didn’t want to help her. But when I got my food I quickly forgot all about what I seen.

I’m sure this one review won’t really have much effect. But my last experience with this store, which used to be better than the other store in town, was infuriating. I really shouldn’t be shocked though, they’re no different than any other fast food joint these days. I spent 80 bucks having food for my wife and myself delivered to our home and they couldn’t even drop the mustard sauce I ordered in the bag. I can’t believe that people cry for more money in their paychecks while consistently doing less to earn it. These people are taking more of our money and giving us less in return.

Food is good, but the service is sloooow! I ordered on Uber Eats for pickup. I was stuck at a train crossing for at least 10 minutes on top of travel time and I still had to wait about another 10 minutes inside the restaurant. And it wasn’t that busy either. Increase in speed and efficiency is much needed.

I used to brag on this place, Ive been eating at this particular location over 2 years because I worked in the area. On my off days I would drive well over 25 miles just because of the service. In these last few months service has gotten horrible. Some of the people they have working now have no integrity. Every time I go, they try to fill my box up with thighs, when I ask for specific pieces that I am willing to pay extra for. Instead of advising me they are out of a particular piece and offering me something else. The mashed potatoes for the last two orders have been extremely small and barely had gravy, even when I ask and am willing to pay for extra. I don’t know if it’s just part of the popeyes culture (because they all seem to have poor service, and never have any chicken) but when people are paying these absorbent prices, we expect what we pay for. Please stop, I’m a loyal customer but for all the hassle I go thru I may as well stay home and cook my own food.

Can’t give the food any stars because I didn’t receive any. Wasted a lunch break waiting in drive thru for 1 sandwich. Get to the window and was informed that their bread was frozen. Don’t sell it if you can’t make it. Likely wouldn’t have been good anyways. One person working, 3 others standing around talking while the area visible from the drive thru window was filthy.
