Will never go to this Popeyes again. I recommend nobody go to this Popeyes ever again. Rang my order up, told me my amount. When I paid with my card it said approved but with a different amount. When I told them about it. They’ve said oh it didn’t go through. I told them it did go through because it said approved. Then made me use my card again for my correct amount. Then it said approved again. When I asked them if I was going to have two transactions they said no. Then I went to my truck and got on my online banking and it showed two transactions. When I went back inside and told the manager. She told me that I would have to figure it out with my bank. That’s some quality customer service. Not to mention that all my portions were really small. My five-piece tenders could eat each tender with two bites. The best thing about this place is when I left.

This Popeyes is one of the first places in florida I really felt at ease. Coming from houston Texas I put in a pickup order so I could avoid making any Floridians angry and everything seems to do, but this place is like home. It’s like the staff are so in sync they made sure I got everything, they spoke to my 3 year old and I can not emphasize this enough. THE DAY STAFF IS THE LITERAL BEST. They are the ideal action of what a fast food chain should be because at the end of the day they treated me like a human and I needed it

My friend just requested fresh chicken since the chicken that’s sitting is NOT and said that he didn’t mind waiting for it. The woman working there with the gold teeth says that they aren’t allowed to make the chicken fresh no matter how long the chicken sits; they have to sell what’s there first. It’s 3:57 pm…. They close at 10pm. I never knew that. At other places if you’re willing to wait, they let you wait. It’s not her fault; management needs serious adjustments!! (Inside TA travel plaza)

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Waited 15 minutes to get told “Shift change gonna be other 15 minutes” so I waited, ordered and waited more time. Got my food and need a cup holder. A employee said “why you looking at me when you can look at something else” well I was looking at your with your slow ahh pick up the pace. She was ugly too

Rude staff. Tried to order the bundle. The cashier said “we out of chicken, will be a wait “ I said ok I’ll wait.. I asked them if they could give me 4 legs out of the assortment. She advised no substitutions the order comes assorted. I said I have been here before and they always substituted…also been to other Popeyes and they substituted. She said “we owned by TA we can’t “ ( whatever that means) I said that’s ridiculous and walked out.. as I was walking out she yelled something rude.

This place is in a truck stop, so you’re really asking for it coming here. A few of the workers have metal teeth, red or green hair, and a serious attitude. The chicken I got was bone dry and as greasy as can be. After I found a hair in the box with my biscuits I got up and left. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Food excellent. Inside a dingy, dirty truck stop. Biscuit, hot and fluffy w just enough “butter” on the outside. Had to wait on fresh chicken, but it was worth it…chicken sandwich.. can’t get enough

If I could give no stars I would. The attitudes of the women that work here are out of control, ontop of the fact that their “shift change” takes twenty minutes when these truck drivers are working with a short amount of time to take their breaks and get back on the road. They never get the order right, I always have to go back in. It’s ridiculous.
