The restaurant was well kept and the staff, while clearly green, were friendly and approachable. Unfortunately their order accuracy isn’t the greatest. Our chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon was left out and when notified they did replace it – with the wrong item. After multiple confirmations that it was the right sandwich it turned out to be a blackened chicken sandwich which unfortunately isn’t to our tastes. They forget some sauces too, but were more than happy to provide them upon request. Everything else tasted great and was fine; they just need to work on accuracy.

Worst Popeyes of my life. Inside was closed without any reason posted. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru with only about six cars in front of me. Once I finally got my order they had forgotten the biscuit and gave me the smallest tenders I have ever seen. Also ordered the new bacon and cheese chicken sandwich that didn’t come with any cheese. Worst fast food experience of my life. Would not recommend anyone go there.

This location is a disaster. Tried to order mobile pick up first. The system wasn’t online. Walked into the dinning area instead and there were 10-15 people who had already paid and were just waiting on food. The cashier was rude. The whole crew of employees were only working on getting drive thur food prepared and delivered. I didn’t even order because the cashier started yelling about why are people waiting.

Newly opened Popeyes! The food was fresh, even though we got there 30 mins before closing. The biscuits were very buttery and even edible the next day!! I hope they keep this energy forever. Wonderful staff that was helpful and nice.

This is the fourth time I come to this Popeyes and each time I have received the totally wrong order or not been told an item was unavailable until after I paid. The first time I received no side items and just chicken. The second time I ordered tenders and was told when I got to the window they only had spicy tenders after I asked at the window for mild. The third time I was given mashed potatoes and wings instead of tenders and Mac and cheese. This last time I received wings instead of tenders and my soda had ice when I requested no ice. Today I am grateful I checked my order before leaving. The staff was great at fixing the mistake and apologized for the inconvenience but it seems like a consistent issue happening. I love their food and I will always love Popeyes but this is a warning to check your food before heading out.

Very disappointed. I’ve waited nearly 2 years for this location to open and the first few days it was open, it was perfect. A week later and the service was horrible. I ordered two drinks and red beans and rice. Should be a simple order. My sweet tea wasn’t sweet at all. I had to ask for straws and they forgot my fork. Is there a such thing as a nice Popeyes? So typical. Very sad to see a restaurant fall apart in only a week.

This Popeyes is not a good look for the tourist area. I am a local and would think they would hire people who care about their job to bring a better outlook for the greater Orlando area. No sense of urgency at all and they’re not even busy the times I came there.

even the one star needed to write a review is a stretch. this location should just get shut down. for a new establishment in the area, their customer service is absolute trash. workers are slow and rude. they have no sense of urgency. had us waiting 10 mins in the drive thru before anyone took our order. when we pulled up to get our food, they take another 5 mins and told us to pull up because they were “waiting on spicy tenders”. after another 20 minutes of waiting in the car i decided to get a refund and even that took another 10 minutes. DO NOT come to this location unless you wanna spend your afternoon waiting around on them to actually do their job. if i wanted to wait as long as i waited for food, i would’ve just gone to a an actual restaurant. this place is a waste of space and time. based off the other reviews, you’d think their management would do better. please just shut it down.
