Downgraded the review to 1 star after my latest visit. Manager getting yelled at by a staff member using all kids of profanity with myself and son present. Even when the manager pointed us out, she kept on complaining how she “needs” a 5 minute break. I can’t believe this level of disrespect is tolerated. What a brat. Only thing I can think to describe it. Flabbergasted.

The best Popeyes we’ve ever been to! We were greeted with a warm smile and pleasant service by Ms Cathy who took our order. She was so kind, gave recommendations on the best sauces and was sure to follow up on how we liked them. The rest of the team was working well together and helping each other out which was so nice to see. The dining room and facilities were immaculate. And of course the food was tasty!

Not a nice place! They are always leaving us at the speaker for ordering 10-15 min . Then we order 8 piece meal that has 2 thighs,2breasts,2 drumsticks and 2 wings and we get 6 drumsticks and 4 thighs we like white meatashed potatoes came with one spoon gravy? They never have apple pie ready! What the hell! They never say a word that the order is different! We drive off and find out we have ben dropped!

Wow I can say I visited today for late lunch with my husband and I was a bit hesitant as I was diagnosed recently with being gluten intolerant. As my husband was asking me are you sure you can eat this I said yes I just take the breading out. Your manager Freddy was listening and said I don’t think so but this amazing person took his time to go to the back and cook fresh chicken for me without the breading. It was so amazing to still find people out there that care. Thank you so much Freddy for making my day. We will definitely be back.

This has got to be one of the worst locations in the area. The service is super slow and the don’t acknowledge guests that are waiting to order. You can order online and show up 15 min later and still have to wait 10 min for food. It really unacceptable.

Bad quality food. I ordered a family meal, and noticed the ends of feathers still stuck in the skin, there were multiple wings in my order, and most seemed to have the hard ends of the feathers stuck into the skin, fried into the food. Disgusting

Order 3 chicken sandwiches and fried chicken to go. When I got home got very disappointed to see the sandwiches had plain mayonnaise instead of their sauce. Why couldn’t they let me know before hand? My son don’t eat mayonnaise. He only had one bite. These sandwiches with mayo are bad. I paid for something specific and got something else. Not fair.

Drive through order, missed items. Ordered 6 chicken tenders and paid for that, got 2. No soda with the combo meal ordered. The food looked like it was thrown into a bun, slathered with sauce, and it all fell apart. The breading on the chicken was overly salted, I had to remove it to be able to eat it.
