The service is usually horrible. The app doesn’t work and kicks out your orders so you have to go in to order which means you have to deal with the staff which is awful! That also means you cant get their good deals because they don’t work in store. I’ve waited 30+ min (while really sick) for an order before and my order was still incorrect and missing items. Every time we give them another chance we regret it. My most recent visit will be my last. They ignored me for 5 min at the register and the cashier was rude. She was also rude to the man behind me. The coleslaw barely covered the bottom of container. Super disappointed with their service and food.

Decided to try the new popeye’s over on the Northwest side of town. Drive-through was very very slow. Wife had asked for dark meat and only got like one piece of dark meat the rest was white my blackened chicken sandwich 1 of them looked like half the meat was taken off. Was not what I expected only reason I gave them a 4 instead of 3 was because there was only 3 ladies hustling in there to do their best.. Yet another business that is hurting due to the lack of people wanting to work or be employed.

I agree with all these awful reviews. I went to the Popeyes on 23rd at 3:30 6/6/23. I was told drive thru closed & I needed to come inside. I asked the girl why she couldn’t take the order. She replied that she was the only person there & couldn’t watch the window!! I am handicapped & going inside means getting my walker out & walking in. Very difficult for me so I drove off. This is not the first time things have gone wrong. Someone with some management skills needs to pay attention to this place. My order is most times wrong or I get items I never even ordered. It’s a mess. I also went there on 2 days when doors were locked. & 1time it was completely closed. Really!! U R losing business. Surely you care about that! Hope you read this.

Not a great experience this time. Messy kitchen and dining areas. Unpleasant staff. Food was pretty good, but you have to wonder if you’ll wind up with food poisoning when things are so disorganized. The manager did seem nice when she blew past. On the expensive side.

The doors to the dining room were locked when we arrived at about 6:45pm so we were forced to go through the drive through to get our mobile order. The drive through was moving slow. When we got to the pickup window, I saw that two people handling chicken in the kitchen had beards but no beard nets. The food was not bad, but just mediocre.

I Was so happy Popeyes was added to the 23rd location in Gainesville Florida! Unfortunately the worst possible people were staffed in this location! The manager she has horrible customer service skills and I truly believe that’s why the service is so bad. The team has bad leadership. I’ve ordered Here on separate occasions and dealt with some of the same staff members. But since I’ve noticed the management change, I see the change in the rest of the staff. I hate to say but I won’t be back to the location. I will take the inconvenienced drive to the location on Main!

Came to the drive-thru and ordered a large number one with an ice water. They gave me a sandwich and water cup. I asked if they could give me my fries they said I didn’t order the combo. Stated that I did and if it didn’t ring up I’d pay for the large fry. Lady at the window instead gave me a half full small fry and sent us along our way.

I got attitude for no damn reason. I was polite and only ordered 2 meals. Waited over 20 minutes in the parking lot after paying. Just to have the same rude black lady come out mean muggin to give me my food. I have it on video. Prob be on tiktok later. Crazy slow. We didnt eat the food cuz i was SURE they did something to it.
