My family and I had been traveling for some time. We stopped through this drive thru but because we took too long to order, Brittany in the the drive thru said we were taking too much time in her drive thru, that we were affecting her drive thru times, and for us to hurry. When we said we wanted to add to the order, Brittany yelled, “Oh my God!” When we drove up to pay we explained we were Customers and she should not speak to us this way she again said we were holding up her drive thru times. When we asked for a Corporate number to complain she said, with a smile, that we could look it up. I couldn’t believe the arrogance and attitude from Brittany. Popeyes, this is not ok. We left, and refused to give our money to this establishment.

I got the big box and the chicken and rice and fires were hot but that’s the only positive I can say. The chicken had absolutely no flavor or seasonings. The rice and beans had maybe 3 beans and maybe 1/4 cup of rice!! The fries were all stuck together and the biscuit had no flavor!! Definitely a waste of $7.48!!! I understand why there is never anyone here!!

I just went through the drive thur and they didn’t have any dark meat so I waited 20 minutes and then got my order, they gave me fries instead of mashed potatoes and then got home and they cheated me out of my chicken. Food was already expensive and then you take from me. They also give you the drink they want you to have so they can make a profit off of you. I didn’t asked for a large drink but they gave it and made me pay an up charge. Here’s a picture of the two pieces of chicken and it should have been three because that’s what I was charged for

Terrible Service! I like the Popeyes brand, but have to say after going to this location three times at different times of the day and always getting terrible service I would recommend management changes. Twice they were not busy with customers, just too busy taking care of themselves to deal with customers. Never a polite word out of anyone at the restaurant, no matter how polite you are to them. There are better restaurants in Live Oak, avoid this one.

The food was great!They tend to yell to you across the dining room. Everyone turns and looks at you. I’m not talking about calling your name or number, I’m talking about if they have a question or they need to change something in your order. I would prefer that they call you to the counter or come to the table. It makes me feel very awkward.
