I ordered a fish sandwich. Got a tartar sauce. Sandwich. Ordered Mac and cheese. Got hard cheese you couldn’t even eat. First and last time here. The employees was rude like they hated the place.

This was the best Popeye’s we’ve had in a long time. We ordered two combos on January 5, 2023. They’ve not been open very long, so the drive-thru time is still a little slow. Took us about 15 minutes from start to finish. But I would gladly wait 15 minutes every time if the food stayed at this level. (Plus we all know some other restaurant in town where you can easily spend 20-30 minutes in the lunch drive-thru, and food still be wrong). The spicy chicken tenders were huge, and both tenders and wings had excellent flavor with a good kick, the biscuits were good, the fries were good, the red beans and rice were phenomenal, and the sweet tea was just right. I hope they keep this up and recommend anyone, who has a bit of extra time, to give them a try!

Highly recommend this location. They are super friendly and pay attention to detail. I had a big order, was told it would be a few minutes due to the size of the order, and offered me a cup of water while waiting. First time I’ve ever experienced that at a Popeyes. I’m from south Louisiana and grew up on Popeyes, but this place is the best one I’ve ever been to. My order came out correct, hot and fresh. I also noticed while waiting that they have a very clean dining room.

Took 45 min for drive thru and got order wrong. They’re doing 1 order every 15 min (3 cars in front of me in drive thru). Order like way wrong and not even close, didn’t receive someone else’s order, cause they gave me my ticket, two copies. Brand new Popeyes and this is the quality of service they open with, sad.

Don’t bother! Waited about 20 mins for a sandwich & nuggets. The sandwich was cold. About half way through eating it, the bread fell apart revealing that the breading on the chicken had dissolved into the sauce. It made me wonder how long the food had been sitting out, so I couldn’t finish it. The fries didn’t taste fresh either.

Food is good. Service is friendly, however, I’ve been here several times and they always have to cook chicken with a 5 minute wait that turns into 20 minutes. Not sure why a fast food place that specializes in chicken never has chicken cooked. Sometimes it’s not worth the hassle.

Ordered blackened tenders for drive thru online. They told me that I would have to come inside. I came inside and watched the cook mix badder for a batch of regular tenders, dip the tenders in the badder and then put all the tenders in the deep fryer. Then he began working on my blackened tenders.

Miss Tracy was very nice at the drive thru today. It’s about 8:20 and We went to the Wendy’s down the road and I should have listened to the reviews because their lady was very rude and rushing. Mrs Tracy was patient and as sweet as she can be. Thank you!! Just off her customer service alone give her a raise!! We have a hours before we get home and just needed food to hold us over. Don’t go because they never have food! Even after I changed my order to what they had available I still had to wait for 30 mins, then go in and ask about my order in which they had obviously forgotten about me! I’m so upset! I’ve tried them at least six times since they’ve opened and I swear it’s the same thing! No food, pull over, wait 25-30 mins, go in and ask for food. I’m over it! I will not do it again! Please close so something can move in that beautiful spot that has food! Please close! Employees were nice and food looks good but too long of a wait and never anything on the menu!
