I will say I love Popeyes but whatever you do avoid this Popeyes. The manager at this place do not know nothing and I mean nothing. I placed an order online and the manager blame me for placing the order online so he did not see my order. I waited 3 hours for my stuff and they sold the last of my chicken and then said they ran out and can make something else. The manager did not know nothing and I mean nothing. The guy said he is manager but don’t even know how to run the place. He just sits there thinking he can run the place but the other workers are running the place

You will wait here longer than at an actual restaurant. We ordered online at 4:20 so it would be ready. We got there at 5:00 and we didn’t get our food until 5:50. We were late to a family function due to this. The drive thru was the only thing open, you could not go inside. If we hadn’t already paid we would have left. I understand being understaffed, but if your customers are going to have to wait an unreasonable amount of time you need to close down, or let them know before ordering what the wait time is. We will definitely not be returning and I don’t recommend anyone else does either, unless you want to wait over 30 minutes for fast food.

False advertisement/Over charged for food. Guy at windows didn’t or couldn’t fix price and there was “no manager” there at the time. We have had issues there every time we’ve gone there. We were really hoping that the “new management” had fixed their issues but seems they haven’t.
