If you’re into 30 minute wait times for “fast” food for them to keep telling you it’s almost ready when it’s not even close for a basic lunch (when they weren’t even busy), lackadaisical management and staff await you at this Popeyes location. Went down the street to Bojangles since Popeyes never could complete the order with ample time given (who was actually busy), got my order within 2-3 minutes of paying and realized how infinitely better the same kind of concept could be. Never ever coming to this Popeyes again, that’s for sure!

Me and my boyfriend are heading out on a road trip and i convinced him to stop at Popeyes. Best decision , Ms.B , Ann , & Aja greeted and insisted us with the most welcoming and generous customer service. Smiles throughout every conversation. They all worked together to make sure we had utensils , condiments and that our order was correct! It’s amazing to still have the luxury of genuine people like those ladies, thanks !

Been sitting in the drive thru 20 mins. 2 cars ahead of us. Get to window and they ask if they can put chicken tenders on our sandwiches. NO NO NO. We want the traditional with breasts. She says ok, 10 more minutes. Still sitting here waiting. Horrible service. So frustrating! Been 18 muns…still sitting here…waiting. we will never come back to Popeyes!

Despite the bad reviews, decided to stop by at 10:40am on a Sunday morning. I pay attention to how old the reviews are as well because often times, places correct their mistakes or changes management in effort to solve the problem. I went through the drive-thru and the lady that took my order was very professional. I was greeted by a guy who took my money. He told me what I owed but didn’t count my money back to me or tell me the amount he was putting in my hand. When he handed me my food, he didn’t say “Thank you” “See you soon” or “Have a nice day.” He didn’t seem rude just kind of a quiet guy so that’s my reason for 4 stars instead of 5. I feel if it’s brought to his attention, he would correct that so hopefully the right people see this. Other than that, I hurried to make sure I had a chicken sandwich breast and not tenderloins as others complained about but my sandwich and apple pie was correct and it was hot! Thanks Popeyes for making an effort in correcting the mistakes.

My wife and I went through the drive through and had 1 classic and 1 blackened chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. The gentleman at the window was very nice and helpful. Check it out you want be disappointed.

Zero stars if I could. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes, and didn’t have a single employee acknowledged us. Had a few walk by us to take food out to waiting cars but never said anything to us. No, “we’ll be right with you”, no “sorry, we’re short staffed, give us a few” nothing. One gentlemen came in and asked where his food was. They had told him it would be about 3 minutes in the drive-thru and he had been waiting for over 15 minutes. If this is how this location operates on the regular, I don’t see them staying in business much longer. They weren’t even busy. We left and I won’t be going back to this location.

Unfortunately the location seemed to have lost control, took nearly 30 mins to get a shrimp meal and a drink. People behind me with large orders got served before me. I know it’s difficult staffing, Zaxbys in another league.
