For a popeyes, this must be the slowest one I have been … shame they are so slow, the popeyes in Fort Walton is 20 times as buisy and I consider slow; this one takes the honors. The food was good 31 minutes to get the food was way too long. The drive-in was not busy.

Dropped by around 11:30, asked for rice and it was not done cooking (odd, when you open you should have this ready). They asked me for BBQ sauce which they were also out of. I try to eat the food in the car and they did not put any plasticware in the bag. I ran in to get plasticware (Thankfully I had not got far when I noticed). Bathroom was dirty as well which is odd that early in the morning.

We were on vacation staying in a cabin in the mountains We saw a Popeyes on our way and wanted to save time on dinner. We ordered a family feast and a chicken sandwich meal and a extra sandwich that was damn near $60 The staff was smiling and nice they gave us our food and we left. We got to the cabin 30 mins away and open the box of chicken it was burnt and dried out. I was so disappointed We had to go back out to get more food. I took the chicken that was burnt back and the manager was very rude she said the marinade machine was broken that’s why the chicken was dark. I asked her why did they give us chicken we couldn’t eat. She said she couldn’t give my money back so she replaced our burnt chicken with soggy chicken. Everyone of us was on the toilet the next day even my baby. We drank ginger ale, Pepto Bismarck and ate tums for 24hrs I’m glad we had 3 bathrooms in our cabin. I guess that’s why they were so cheerful when we paid for our food.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Manager had no clue what he was doing or any control over his employees. The cook was on her phone the whole time not producing any orders and the guy in the drivethru was somewhere in his own world. Waited for 32 min after paying to not even get our order!! Then the manager had the audacity to get an attitude because he was “understaffed”. *****If anyone from corporate reads this, maybe next time close the dining room like other establishments when you dont have the proper staff on hand and run drive thru only.***** This was the worse experience I have ever had with ANY fast food resturant.

Got the $6 shrimp tackle box. I was asked if I wanted fries or rice to go with it. Photo on the menu shows fries and a biscuit. I said fries would be great. When I got the box it was just a small handful of shrimp and nothing else. No fries, no biscuit, no nothing. $8.50 charge on my card, so I’m assuming I was charged for the one that comes with a drink. I went back the next day to ask about it and see if maybe I just misunderstood but was brushed off. This isn’t my first bad experience here, and doesn’t leave me wanting to return anytime soon.

Short older Spanish lady said our total and we paid her. Get home and the recipt said 6 dollars less. Where did our 6 dollars go? It’s being taken care of but the experience was horrible. I can get 6 dollars off the ground but it’s the principle of the matter. After asking for certain sauce we didn’t get that either.

This chicken joint SUCKS! Cold and greasy for starters. Then add the minute (micro chicken) portions they serve you, along with cafeteria tasting gravy, (actually cafeteria gravy may taste better) and stick together french fries with some sort of breading on them. The attendant (cashier) was wearing a bone in her nose and looked ungroomed as if she was also frying chicken in the back. I will not be returning!!!

There was a ton of flies all over the place that no one seemed to care to do anything about. The food was terrible and smaller portioned than usual, the biscuits witch are normally warn soft and delicious at a popeye’s where cold as ice and hard as rocks! Seriously I banged the biscuit against the table and the biscuit CRACKED. The chicken itself wasn’t too bad but the sides were probably the worst thing I’ve ever seen. the mac and cheese looked like they had that orange mixing powder for drinks on them and was the worst tasting stuff I’ve ever had. I mean seriously it was worse than my old school’s lunch and that’s saying something because it was a public school serving free lunch!
