The chicken is good but around 8:20 you can’t get the chicken you want cause they be out of it because they say they be about to close so you get mostly smaller pieces and it’s not worth what you pay for and the mac&cheese be out always. Love the food but need better service with it.

Consistently slow drive thru at all hours, even late at night. You wait for nearly 30 minutes to get even the smallest order. Not to mention the manager doesn’t seem to have any experience in resolving the issues that lead to that. Instead of waiting for our food, we just decided to get a refund rather than waste our time.

I witnessed cashier at drive thru take a kitten from a customer’s car and pet it inside of the window. I didn’t take my order expressed to cashier and manager how unsanitary this was. The attitudes were oh she washed her hands, but I didn’t witness no such thing. I’ve called local health department and corporate to report to no avail. Definitely will NEVER eat there again!
