This is the second time that my order was incorrect at this location. The last time I came here they messed it up too.Check your bag before driving off I think they just put together whatever meal they feel like when you get to the window at this point. I think they also used some kind of country gravy instead of the brown regular gravy and it doesn’t taste good- if you don’t have the normal items in stock- let us know instead of selling us a substitute you don’t warn about.

Jamesha the manager at this location is the most disgusting human being. I went through the drive through and ordered my meal. I pulled over to eat and when I looked at my food I was shorted. I went in to pleasantly get it terrified but the manager Jamesha was very combative. She then decided to give me another piece of chicken in which I deserved but that gross disgusting person decided to SPIT on my food. I have NEVER! She should be in jail. DO NOT EAT HERE!

When this location first opened, it was great. Fast service, you got what you ordered and efficiency was awesome. Currently, this is like all the other locations. Yennifer was terrible. She spent 5 minutes on each customer. She flirted with EVERY male customer. She messed up on everything I ordered & didn’t give me all I paid for. I’m pretty sure I won’t go back to this location. This is so sad because I really was thinking that this was going to be the best location in GA, now it’s like all the other ones.

Fried Chicken always has my taste buds dancing. I know that most people go to Popeyes for the Chicken Sandwich but, not me. Just give me a 2 piece spicy dark combo with a side of mash w/ gravy and Im a happy camper. The employees at this location are always pleasant! Thank you for always being courteous! Since they took the green beans off of the menu, I had to go home and make some creamed spinach. (gotta have my green)I really hope that they will put another green vegetable back on the menu!

You were able to move the drive thru quickly though was late at night; however, it’s disturbing to know that the employees didn’t know the difference between cocktail sauce and packets of honey and strawberry jam. The chicken was fresh and hot. The sides could have been better. My niece didn’t care for the macaroni and cheese.

I ordered a family 16 piece box of chicken with no wings. When I received my order, one of the workers, Edgar, assured me that there were no wings in the box. When I got home, I realized that they gave us 6 wings and no thighs. I called just to inform them of the issue (I was not expecting a refund, nor did I ask for one), and the lady who answered the phone had an attitude, told me to not come back, and hung up on me. When the location first opened, everything was fine. Now it seems like the employees are running this place to the ground. Won’t be surprised if it’s gone in a year or two.

Whatever manager is on duty tonight 6/7/23 6:30pm needs to go back to training class! This woman wouldn’t release the food I PAID for to the Door dasher! She told the dasher I still owe $17 on the order. Well she obviously can’t buy a clue. HELLO genius! A dasher wouldn’t even get a notification unless I paid for the food in full! Even after texting the dasher the receipt she wouldn’t give her MY food. Just not too bright at all. Learn how to work the Dash system!
