I love Popeyes dont get me wrong… but at this location the service is TERRIBLE & they do not care. I came through the drive thru today with my online order. (I come here a lot) & was told to pull forward & wait for someone to come bring my food to my car. i wait there for 17 MINUTES ON THE DOT! AND the ONLY reason i got my food within 17minutes & no later was because i came back through the drivethru and told them that they forgot about me and no one ever brought me my food. i asked for a partial refund at the LEAST, and they said “i can give you a large drink instead of the small.” They forgot the honey on the side, the fries were cold as if they had left it sitting there during those 17minutes. I was respectful but rightfully irritated because i saw 15cars get their food while i was just waiting. A partial refund is all i asked for because a 17-20minute wait is insane. When i got to the window he said “im sorry we were cooking.” Thats not the right response. I know they were cooking but it doesnt take 20minutes to make a 5tender combo for someone when i saw countless people get their orders before me. AND NO THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME. it happened another time about 3weeks ago but instead it was like a 10minute wait and i still had to go back through to drive thru to REMIND THEM about MY FOOD that THEY TOOD ME TO PULL FORWARD FOR. PLEASE DO BETTER. customer service is definitely an area where improvement is needed at this location. and a partial refund was the LEAST they could’ve done. if i wanted a large drink i wouldve been gave them an extra dollar to change the size. but a large drink in return for waiting almost 20minutes is NOT REASONABLE.

This Popeyes is way better than the other one in newnan. The workers were very fast and friendly and my order was correct. I’m so used to waiting at Popeye’s for 20 to 30 minutes on an order so this was definitely surprising and refreshing I would return but only to this location:)

They told us our food would be ready in 5min. We parked and waited 15min. Then the guy brought what we thought was our food but was someone else order. Went in and another customer bringing her order in which was our order. The guy just said oh here’s your order, now the other customer had this in here car and left when she realized it was her order so she drove back and brought it back and the guy just handed it to us. We don’t know what could have happened done with that food. We took it and went on our way because we were already late to where we’re going. We end up not even eating it because it came from someone else’s car they left and came back. That was unsanitary.

I don’t know this store rating is so low. All the chicken here tastes way fresher than the branches around the Alpharetta or Atlanta areas.. and the staff are So So So polite and friendly. I came here twice and they all treated us very nicely even there are different staffs. The environment is awesome and clean. I hope everyone who read this review can believe that this is by far the best Popeyes I’d ever been in GA.

This is the closest Popeyes to our location so we’ve ordered take out on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, at least 70% of the time, some portion of our order is wrong. They are so bad about getting the order correct that we have learned to check the order for accuracy before leaving the drive through. Everything we’ve tried in the menu is tasty with the exception of the popcorn shrimp which was mostly breading and horribly overcooked. Otherwise, the food is good & the interior is clean.

Had an issue with my order at the counter…they forgot about it. After 5min, I went back to the counter, where they looked in the system and realized the mistake. I could understand if they were busy, but there were literally 3 other people eating in the restaurant and drive thru wasn’t busy. After finally getting our simple order of 2 sandwich meals, I asked for bbq sauce…normally if a place screws up you’d think they would try to make you happy…not say there’s an extra charge. The last straw was when I asked for the biscuits and was told they didn’t come with sandwich meals(there was an indication that all meals came with one on the menu board). Food was decent…not super fresh but I’ve had worse.

This place is a sorry non functional store. I have been here 3 times since it was bought out by someone new and this past time was my last. Every time I have went I have ordered chicken tender combos and received whole chicken combos. This time I asked for chicken tender combos and got 1 tender basket and then a whole chicken 3 piece combo but neither one of them came with the Cajun fries that was supposed to come with it. Whoever bought over this store is failing horribly at keeping it running smoothly. So upsetting.

This was my last time visiting! I saw an employee lick his fingers twice while prepping a customer box for biscuits. I alerted the manager, and she made me feel like I was wrong. She did inform the employee to wash his hands and not do that again. I decided to save my money and cook at home. Eat here at your own risk.

Ordered a 5 piece tender meal to eat in the dining room, glad they were open… Took a little bit to get my food, spicy chicken was fresh and hot, but lots of breading, not too much chicken. Fries were small and cold. Fountain drink, Coke products and clean.
