Food was great but they were out of fry’s???? Customer service needs a major improvement!!! If you hate your job so much you should find other employment opportunities. From my experience here there was only one younger guy that seemed to be the only person cleaning tables and was polite. Not a terrible experience but far from being a good one.

They only had spicy chicken and were out of a side. I had to drive around to the window since there was nobody attending the speaker where you were supposed to order. Once at the window, I had to wait a couple of minutes before the young lady showed up. She was very sweet, so I had no issues with her, but I feel there was a lot of horsing around in the back, and they aren’t getting their jobs done.

Stopped in for a late lunch/snack with a friend. It was just a little after 5 PM. We were told that there would be a 12 min wait on chicken legs and an 8 min wait on chicken wings unless we wanted spicy chicken. So I attempted to order chicken tenders. Now I’m told that they don’t have chicken tenders because they are frozen. Really? Are they not prepared from frozen? So why are they not prepared for dinner at 5:15 by having thawed out tenders ahead of time? This made no sense. But nonetheless I ordered a 2 PC all white meat combo instead. There was still a wait on the chicken which was no big deal. At least it would be hot and fresh. But to make matters worse, they have no lids for medium drinks. Ok. Well…… But now, they are also out of napkins. Really? So they offered nothing as for napkins. Nothing. How can you serve fried chicken and not have napkins? So why would the manager not go get napkins? I mean seriously, napkins from Walmart or cash & carry would have worked. Hell, a roll of paper towels on the counter would have been better than not offering anything to wipe your hands on. I’m quiet sure Popeye’s corporate would rather them use basic paper towels purchased elsewhere than to not offer napkins at all. I can overlook a lot of things when dining out as I understand, it’s not a perfect world. But to not have basic napkins for customers dining in at a restaurant serving fried chicken is not one of them. This is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be dining in this restaurant again. Not the way to run a restaurant Popeyes.

The food was fresh and it hit the spot! We stopped and went through the drive-thru stop for a meal to tie us over until we reached Montgomery Alabama. The service was great! The staff worked as a team and they were very professional and polite.

I wasn’t even able to order any food. I specifically went to Popeye’s on my work lunch break for National Fried Chicken Day because Popeye’s has some of my favorite fried chicken. However, when I walked into this location there were 4 people in front of me waiting for their orders to be taken. There was no one at the counter. There were employees in the back working and making orders for the drive through, but no one was taking orders at the counter. We were in line for at least 15 minutes when we heard someone calling to come up and help at the front counter. I didn’t see who responded, but they said, “It won’t do any good to help at the front counter if we don’t have any chicken made!” Obviously, when we heard that, several of us left.

Went by here last night to get some food for my mom a little after 8, when they’re still supposed to be open on the inside to 11P. Instead both doors were locked. Stood by the window outside to get a worker to open the door but no go. Then I called the store phone three times but no answer. After that, I left and went home with NO FOOD!! Called a 4th time, someone finally answered and said that a couple of workers were on break so he decided to lock the lobby doors and it was drive thru only!! No sign on doors mentioning this!! Then he ask are you coming back, the doors will be open in 10-15 minutes?? I said no!! Wasted my time & cab money for NO FOOD!!

A bunch of bums work here. Their attitudes are nasty!!! Their demeanor is terrible!!! They act as if they hate their job!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER TO ENSURE IT IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU PULL OFF, BECAUSE 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 IT WILL NOT BE RIGHT IF YOU COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! They never get orders right, even if it’s as simple as a two piece combo – LEG AND THIGH. How do you confuse that for a BREAST AND WING??

Food was dry and tasted old. Unfriendly staff. Have given them chance and chance again to become better. Needs new management and an update on customer service training. Stop serving food you wouldn’t eat. Won’t be back.
