Thought I would give this place another try. They had signs that said under new management. Well I guess the older management trained the new management. They still have no chicken ready and you will wait a minimum of 20 minutes in the drive thru. It’s a shame that this place will not survive with poor service.

Honestly this is probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at Popeyes,specially since the last time I came over a year ago! The girl working up there I think her name is hailey is the sweetest girl ever! I was unsure on if I should get the ghost pepper wings & she reassured me and I ended up getting them & they were so fresh & juicy. I’ll definitely be coming back when Hailey and shayla are working.

My order wasn’t correct no biggie brought it back around but the lady in the looked/seemed annoyed that she had to correct her mistake… pretty sure they gave wrong food they gave me to the next customer… I asked mix and told them which pieces to be mild… gave me all spicy!.. The chicken was overdone and dry. The red beans were overdone as well. The service was terrible.. had to wait 20 for my order that I had ordered ahead…. then it was not good and he forgot my drinks so had to wait almost another 10 minutes for that. His demeanor and attitude were horrible very irritated with the whole thing he seemed as if he didn’t work there and I was bothering him. Then when I went to complain online because I ordered through the app that actually questioned me and my complaint. I won’t be going to this Popeyes ever again

I’m leaving a review, because I had near a near Chick-Fil-A experience here. I’ve never gotten food so fast (it wasn’t as fast as CFA) at a Popeyes before. The people working were nice, and the food was fresh. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a Popeyes before.

MANAGEMENT needs to get it together. This location never even has sauces. ORDER the products you need to bring in customers to make money. Simple. Can’t even order a 12 piece nugget because this location always only has ketchup or some other nonsense. Never any bbq, no ranch, ect

Pull up the drive through. The guy had me waiting over 10mins no apology no nothing then tell me it’s 10mins for wings and proceeded to argue. If you don’t like your job please quit. No wonder Chikfila does so much better. No wonder Popeyes Cartersville is always empty. I’ll mannered employees. This was June 1, 2023 @ 7:30 pm. Now we all need to boycott Popeyes until the manager train the staff.

Every single time I get food here, they are out of something and it takes 30 minutes to get your food even with no cars in front of you. I keep giving this location the benefit of doubt, but they let me down every time. Only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1, is because sometimes the food is good. Avoid this location.
