Hands down this is the friendliest & cleanest Popeys we have been in! Ashton is the manager here and he did an awesome job waiting on us he was professionally polite with a smile now that’s service! Came to Popeyes this evening and ordered at their drive-thru. Employees decided to place online orders in front of our order. We have now been sitting by the double doors of this restaurant 30 minutes along with 3 other vehicles waiting on their food. When you spend 75 dollars at a restaurant, you expect to get treated like a customer and not as a secondary thought. Then you wonder why this location has such bad reviews and business is nothing what it could be. You either get better management or shut your doors for good and let another restaurant take its place or do better. This is absolutely pathetic!!! Shame on you all!!

Cheryl went above and well beyond. She advised me of a special that wasn’t posted. Then she had Joseph drop fresh chicken. Joseph then offered a free wing because the wings were really small. Once the chicken was up Cheryl brought us our food as we sat waiting in the dining area. My chicken is hot, fresh and delicious. The fries are hot and crunchy, a delicious meal and I can take a few pieces of chicken home for later.

I rate the food 1 Star simply because I rarely get any at this location. I’ve tried 5-6 times to get food in the last year. Most recent was Saturday June 24. 12:30 in the afternoon. Parked, walked up and found the door locked. I looked inside and employees were looking at me like I had three heads. On previous trips, was told they had no wings. It’s just always something here. I love some Popeye’s chicken when I can get it. Hopefully, someone will look at this store and make some much needed changes.

Drive thru is extremely slow. Don’t go unless you literally have 30 minutes to waste just in line. You sit at the voice box for 20. I’m sitting here now and I’m not exaggerating! What is going on with service nowadays!!!!!!!!

The two menus in the drive thru had different prices, and then when I ordered the family meal was $15 more than the price on the main menu and still different from the other menu. Didn’t try the food.

There always seems to be an issue here when I visit. This time the drive thru was closed and the menus were down for an update or repair. The cashier was nice and helpful though. The food was nice and hot.

On Monday, June 5th at approximately 5:12pm my relative ordered (24pc nuggets), reg mashed potatoes w/gravy and reg cole slaw via drive-thru. However, once my relative reached home I noticed that she had ordered the wrong sides. Moments later, I returned to the drive-thru and advised the cashier of the miscommunication about the sides. During this time, the cashier (no name badge) had a very bad attitude because I informed her that the sides did not taste fresh. Next, I asked if I can replace the sides with two reg mashed potatoes. She (cashier) replied the food is fresh because it was made today and she closed the sliding window in my face. Within minutes, another cashier (slim African American female) open the window with my food. Before driving away, I tried the new sides and I was very disappointed. Meanwhile, I parked my car and went inside to request a refund. At this time, I was greeted by the first unfriendly cashier (no name badge) from the drive-thru. So, I explained to her that I wanted a refund because I do not like the sides. She (cashier) replied “Why?”. I repeated myself and then asked her if she’s having a bad day because she acting very rude. Her response was “that’s your perception”. Above all, I have never experienced bad customer service or food from this location. With that said, I had to write a review. Since the cashier was not wearing a name badge I looked on the receipts and it’s printed “Albert”. So, she’s definitely logged in using Albert’s password. I’m quite sure that’s against the company policy. Furthermore, a description of the employee is an African American female, between the ages of 28-38 with multicolored hair. Lastly, the order number for the first receipt is order#4 and for the second receipt is order#11.
