I ordered the three wing combo and got a different kind of combo. I did not realize that until I got home and I don’t live close to them. I’ve never received a receipt either. They charge me almost $13 for an order that’s not right. I did call and spoke to the manager and said that she can only replace my order which was fine. But she wanted me to come back when she was available and that was not feasible for me. I had to suggest to the manager to take my name and whenever I head that way they can replace my meal.

I have had so many bad experiences trying to get service. Not sure why I still try. Tonight I pulled up with one car in front of me. It’s been over 15 minutes and I still have not been able to place an order. This must be a corporate-owned Popeyes because franchisees usually can’t afford to have such a bad reputation and hope to stay in business. Pathetic. During COVID I excused them because of issues getting employees but that’s over. If they can’t get staff now then something else is the problem.

Currently have been waiting at the drive through for 15 minutes. Only one car in the drive thru, still waiting to order. After waiting 15 min I asked how long it would take since only one other car was in the line. The lady who works at Popeyes stated they had a big order. I heard the order it was a 3 piece tender meal and chicken sandwich meal only. Hopefully the owner is not funneling money through the business and hires more people

Went to the drive thru this afternoon. Yes it took a while to get my food. Looked like quite a few prople didn’t show up to work today. Every employee that was there made up for it. My experience was wonderful everyone cared, acknowledged us and was friendly. Miss Kim treated us like family and is one of the nicest humans I have encountered in this area.

Ordered an online order, when I got there she told me that they didn’t have the chicken sandwich. I asked if they had the other parts of the order. She just kept repeating they didn’t have the chicken sandwich, with an attitude. I asked if they could just cancel the order, she just ignored me. Just unnecessary and rude, didn’t want to give out her name either. Girl just quit the job if it’s too much for you. You don’t have to take it out on customers. Corporate needs to close this location, it’s always a bad experience here. Doesn’t matter the staff, it’s always terrible. Try the one on marketplace, it’s a lot better than this.

I ordered a family meal online, 30 minutes in advance, for a specified time. I arrived at my quoted pick up time to an empty lobby, 1 car in the drive thru, 5 employees moving slower than my deceased grandmother, and no acknowledgement for at least 10 minutes; at which time I was (rather rudely) informed I needed to wait 6 more minutes for my food to cook. Another 25 minutes later I was handed a bag and told that I was “all set.” I don’t think I will be spending any more of my time or money here. If you value your’s, I recommend you look elsewhere.

First of all one person in line at the drive through. Took a minute for someone to come take our order. Like most Popeyes they lack customer service. The pandemic has not helped this food chain out not even a little . These types of things happened even before the pandemic!! No wings. No coke. No honey. No spicy. No breast. No hot sauce! Ordered food and after paying they said no mild breast!? What!? You just checked and said you had them . Most companies are lacking people these days. Logistics getting supplies are tough. The only thing you can salvage in a corporation is great customer service. I tend to overlook the food when I have great service!! Never be here again. Dirty floor and tables!! Sitting in the lobby and looking over my review I started to realize this culture has been transferred from location to location! Workers tend to not care if management doesn’t care. Get these people some help!

I had the best experience tonight at this Popeyes. Devon gave the absolute best customer service, got my order to me promptly, and everything was correct! It was pretty late, so I was expecting them to be out of everything, for my order to include whatever they had left, and hopefully include somethings I like, but it was quite the opposite tonight. Very refreshing! I received exactly what I ordered and left with a smile on my face! This is my new go to Popeyes!!!
