First my sister and I went through the drive through and not such friendly voice. Well when we reached the window… no hello or thank you. So my sister got home and open the box and the biscuit was soooo hard as if it been sitting somewhere for several days… just listen to the biscuit and look at it… smh

I didn’t have the chance to complete my order since the young, untrained, rude, disrespectful lil girl thought it was ok to talk to me like I was less than human, as if I made her work at this place of establishment. I asked for the sweet & spicy wings since the menu shows “sweet & spicy OR ghost pepper”. I didn’t know they’re the same just one is plain & the other has the sauce. She advised they were out of the ghost pepper wings. So I said, “you stated that you’re out of the ghost pepper wings but I asked for the sweet & spicy. Before I could say anything else, here is where the attitude & disrespect came in, raising her voice at that. I nicely drove off while she was still talking because I’ll be fool to waste any more energy and give them my hard earned money with that type of customer service! Not today or ever! It may not make a difference but you can bet, I WON’T BE GOING BACK!

The worst Popeyes ever built. The people are rude. Don’t do mobile orders because they don’t receive the order but you still get charged. They ignore you then won’t do anything for you. They just keep telling you they can’t give me my food and keep calling me BABY which is very degrading. I WILL NEVER EAT AT POPEYES AGAIN.

Unfortunately the service and quality of food has declined. It used to be better but…. Just can’t get quality food at any fast food. I normally don’t even consume but on occasion it used to be good but as stated not anymore. To hard for the young to get your order correct and cook and serve fresh food

I ordered the family meal and was told the chicken would be a 4-min wait, which I was totally fine with. No one else was in line or at the restaurant at all, so I didn’t have to wait for anyone else’s order before mine. After paying I was asked to pull up while I wait. I waited for my food for about 20min, meanwhile a truck that ordered sometime after me, and was also asked to park, got their food first. When our food was finally brought, the sandwiches weren’t in the bag, so my husband went inside to get them. And by the time we left, our fries were no longer hot. They weren’t fresh to begin with. So when this was all said and done, our total time here was over 30min. I wouldn’t make a fuss over $10-$15, but this was $36. Oh, and after we got home and started eating, we realized they only gave us 5 pcs of chicken and the family meal is supposed to be 6….

I ordered a family meal. They forgot my sides of Mac and cheese and fries. I came back and they said the Mac would be 6 minutes. Come to find out when I got back it was stil frozen so I never got it regardless. Then I get home to eat my wing and there were 4 feathers fried and still attached to the chicken

The smallest chicken leg I’ve ever seen. Nasty Mac and cheese. Tiny and very dry biscuit. And EXPENSIVE. Will not be going back. But the girl at the drive thru was very nice. That’s one good thing they have going…is very nice workers.

Went through the drive-thru. Cashier was fine, those behind the cashier had an attitude. Charged me $3+ more than the price required. Was told that was due to a surcharge – no such thing. Won’t be returning – KFC is same chicken, cheaper and nicer people.

Me and 3 other family members went to eat in. The first family member ordered and the guy at the register was RUDE as HELL !! There was NO need in being rude. So my other family member called him out and he got very disrespectful with her. The biscuits were hard and the fries were AWFUL ! The store was nasty and no clean table to eat!
