I love Popeyes but I ordered their fish sandwiches on the app, paid for and drove 15 miles to be told they don’t have it anymore. The cashier never offered a replacement or anything just we don’t got it. I went in to speak to a manager to get my refund. The cashier never even gave the manager a chance to speak and told me they couldn’t do that I had to do it on the app. EXTREMELY hateful..no apology, no food and have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

Best customer service I have seen in a while! The manager on duty, Steven (I think was his name) even came out to the lobby to make sure all the customers were okay and even asked if the temp in the store was okay for us! To top it all off I left my phone and when I got back they were putting it up in the safe for us! Most definitely do not see that often now days, and we will be going back!

The first time we went there, the dine in was closed. We went back next weekend and it was open. The old cashier lady was super rude. Did not take my coupon code even though I showed it to her. When I went back up to tell her she didn’t apply my coupon code, she basically called me a liar and said I never show her the code. I proceeded to tell that I did and to check her security camera. 10 minutes later, she told her boss that I never showed her the coupon as I could hear the WHOLE conversation. Her boss did come up and fix the error and apologized. Such a horrible cashier. As we were eating, she went to smoke on FRONT OF THE DOOR. Will never go back here. She should be fired.

Second time should be a charm. Had to wait 30 min for to go order. Missing food, employees yelling and cussing each other. Got home with food and I ended up throwing away over half of the food. Very disappointed

OMG did this place get new “bad” ownership? All chicken pieces are smaller, service is abhorrent, and it is so dirty all the time. The first 6 months to a year it was open there were cars wrapped around the building several times because everyone wanted the food. Now no one is ever there. They are really getting what they deserve.

wished I could give a ZERO!! first time coming here and it was at 3pm. was walking to the doors to go in to eat. woman at the drive thru window yells from there and says the lobby is closed. they close at 10pm and the doors are closed then. we get back into the car and was leaving. bout a minute after she tells us the doors are closed, there she is smoking at that door, and another one that works there going to their car. I can see why there is so many bad rating of the place. they are awful and not worth even being open at all. it needs closed down NOW or much better ones working there. if you tell someone the lobby is closed just to go to that door and smoke. that is pitiful. they need fired!!

The food is really good, when they actually take your order or give you what you want. I work nearby and stop frequently, in the past 3 times I’ve been here in the last two weeks they’ve been out of buns, so I ordered strips and waited over 20 minutes for them. Then I sat in the drive through in the pouring rain for about 5 minutes before they asked what I wanted and I got the whole inside of my car soaked. And then finally today their computers are down and they can’t take orders. I understand that non preventable things happen sometimes, but it just seems like I always get excuses when I go here.

The employees are ridiculously slow, lobby is closed so delivery drivers have to wait in the drive thru. I was told to come straight around then once I got there I was told I had to wait in the drive thru so I ended up going all the way back to the end.

I come here way too often. The chicken is always crispy, and the tea is always perfectly sweet. You typically don’t wait too long in the drive-thru, but if you do, the staff are very considerate.
