I only gave a 2 star due to the accuracy of the meal you get. Every time I use the drive-thru my meal is never correct I always have to park and go in and get my meal corrected. Examples being no fries with basket (receipt even showed fries), I order extra of something it was never added, a fountain drink out of syrup, wrong drink. For me, if I go here I’m pressed for time. If I’m paying for something I expect it to be even somewhat correct.

I went to this Popeyes yesterday and no one acknowledge me and when I went to the window no one was at the window. It was about 4:30 PM and the restaurant closes at 5 PM. While I was at drive-through window a worker walked by taking trash to the dumpster I asked him was Popeyes still open and he told me wait a minute they will get to you but no one answer and I already been waiting for eight minutes and no answer or acknowledge me. Therefore I left and decided to give it another shot today I had the same slow acknowledgment. The food taste stale and the apple pie I order had was cold with no apples in the middle of it and when I took it back the person at the window would not answer me at the drive through so I went to the window. A worker came out and give me another pie and a mean look as I showed him the first pie. This is horrible food and horrible customer service
