My boyfriend and I stopped here on our drive back home. We ordered online through the Popeyes app and I was able to get a 6 piece tender meal that came with two sides and two biscuits for a reasonable price. I also ordered a large mac and cheese. We set the order for 6:50 pm, and we got there to see that they were closing at 7 pm due to staffing issues. I did not know this, otherwise I would have selected somewhere else to eat to help the employees not have a stressful closing! But, even though we showed up ten minutes before they closed, they were very graceful and kind. The food was nice, but I did not get my mac and cheese due to what was in stock, and I also did not get my sauces. But hey, I came 10 minutes before closing and I cannot be too mad about that. The food we did get was good.

My order was placed in a bag too small with a sandwich under 4 boxes. No sauces and when I asked for them, I received 1 broken open with out sauce. How did the young man not see that. He acted like my order was a bother for him and it was hurting him to put it together. Terrible service. I’ve come to realize managers don’t really care if employees won’t do their job. They would rather be their friend than their boss.

I placed an order online about 3:45-4pm to be picked up at 4:50. Plenty of time to get my order ready. I was late getting there and it still wasn’t ready. The kid in the window said it would be about 10 minutes for the chicken I asked why I placed an order over an hour ago and his reply was they didn’t know they were gonna get busy and sell all the chicken and we just got your order 10 minutes ago. So I had to pull up and I waited another 20 minutes! I finally had to go in and the chicken was just getting done! After that I waited another 10 minutes and they finally bring my order out and all I got was a sorry about the wait and a free apple pie! The whole time i was there,there was only 3 cars that came to the drive thru so they definitely weren’t busy! They gave me no napkins no plastic ware and part of my order was wrong! I will never order from here again

Wanted to eat here. Really wanted to eat here. Tried visiting 4 times over 2 weeks, but everytime I went to store it was closed, both inside and drive-thru. Not talking late night visits either, as the latest visit I made was at 8 pm. Most of my visits during the week or weekend were made around 3-4 pm.

Ordered #10 from menu with sides Cole slaw and popcorn shrimp with Mac cheese, got my order with no sides in it, no straw and when walked in , after me another lady walked in with same problem, ordered and changed for one staff received something else.

After sitting in line for almost 20 mins with only 2 cars in front of me they inform me that the prices on the board are wrong and that my meal is an extra 4 dollars. Service sucked was rude and popeyes is definitely not worth these new prices.
