Do not visit this Location. If you hungry and just getting out church, Keep going this is an awful location. I see exactly why this location was empty to begin with. This is not my 1st bad experience IT WILL DEFINITELY BE MY LAST! with this food truck. The chicken was old and dried out. The fries are never fresh. I had an upset stomach after I ate here. This place is awful. Lack of business, no customers at all. This place is just another dump. I cant even consider it been a restaurant. We will never stop back at this location EVERY again. Hungry or Not. This is your ⚠️ warning!! Keep driving A few more miles and visit the concord location. Thank me later. Yes all reviews are correct.

My husband ordered a mobile order for the mere reason to not have to wait in line at the Drive through. When I got there, as I figured would happen, the drive through was insanely long. So I went to go inside to get my mobile order, which was paid for. The doors were locked. I had to call to ask an employee to come to the door with my food. I had to wait over 10 minutes and I called again. The manager answered the phone was so rude and spoke to me like I was unimportant. She said they locked the door because only two people were working. Well, what were you doing? You, as a manager, would make a third person. Just horrible service.

Absolutely horrible. Bad experience every time I go. Last time I went there, I waited 48 mins and when I got home the chicken and biscuits were were both raw. I could have gotten food poisoning. Avoid this location at all cost. The workers never feel like working. They also have a 95 rating and barely been open over a year. Sad.

I am much like others….if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have had difficulty in the past with this location and felt I would give it another try and I do like their blackened chicken. I put in an order on the mobile app. I had it to be ready for 4:05. I arrived at 4:03 and waited in the drive thru, which was long as normal. I finally got up to the order box and told them I had a mobile app. They said they were waiting for the blackened chicken. I pulled up to the window and the woman asked if I would park or wait inside. I told her where I was going to park and then moved to park. I finally went in at 4:50 for my order. 4:50. They didn’t have my order ready, STILL waiting for the blackened chicken. The woman at the front was rude but those that were actually trying to get my order together were very nice. While waiting the rude lady began hitting at the block of fries that were still in the form they had gone into the fryer as. The workers apologized profusely. I thanked them when I finally got my order, almost an hour after I had arrived, and got home. The food was correct but I was missing most of the sauces for the 3 meals. I will not be returning to this location.

Genuinely there is always something wrong here. Ive waited in the drivethrough for 20 minutes before without anyone taking my order. Im waiting as i write this even. One time they didnt have any chicken. One time there was a single employee. She got mad at us over the drivethrough for honking at her despite the fact someone in the taco bell parking lot was honking not us. Ive been here half a dozen times because the food is delicious but i dont think ive ever had a good experience here.

Everytime we go here there’s always an issue. The first time we ordered and they had us pull up front. Then she came out and said they didn’t have what we ordered. Second time, we waited in drive thru for 20 minutes to pickup our mobile order. They only manage one person at a time so rather than taking everyone’s orders, they take one person’s, fulfill it, and wait for them to drive off to take the next, which really slows things down. So we get to the window and say we have a mobile order. And she makes us wait then acts like she doesn’t have an order for me. Then says to come inside, which now I’m mad cause I’ve been in line for 20 minutes. She gives no explanation, but an attitude saying come inside if you want your food. My husband goes in and waits in line another 10 minutes in line there and they didn’t even start making the food yet.

I’m really surprised to see all the bad reviews. We went today for the first time to try the chicken sandwich. The staff were all very nice. The sandwiches, slaw and mac and cheese were amazing. Bread soft, chicken hot and not too crispy, mac and cheese and fries were hot and delicious. Not a long wait and the young lady was super nice…everyone there was nice. It was pretty clean, a stray napkin and a leaf blown in from outside ( the wind was up), otherwise it was clean. We will go back again and hopefully it will be just as good.

Idk why we continue to give this place a chance. EVERY SINGLE TIME we go the order is either wrong or there are items missing. Only going to speak about tonight’s experience. The staff wasn’t too bad but you could tell the lady didn’t want to be there and it seems like she hates her job. You can hate your job but at least fake it till you make it. Ordered 2 combos, an order of ghost pepper wings and an apple pie. Was about to leave and figured we should check JUST TO MAKE SURE we had everything before getting all the way home. Sure enough we were missing the side order of wings. My boyfriend went inside told the staff and they continued to help 3 customers in the drive through while the wings were just sitting there. All that needed to be done was put into a box. Got home and finished dinner and realized we did not get the apple pie either. That’s on us because we didn’t think about it till after the fact but the point being something is always wrong with the order.
