Order was wrong AGAIN. Tried to call to reach manager so I could get a credit for next time for the missing items. However, they never answered their phone. So I had to trek back. Man behind the counter offered no apology and seemed miffed I was there. I had to wait in line behind two others who had also been forced to return because their orders were wrong too. No one received an apology. Decided to just ask for my money back. Apparently that was an ordeal for them. This used to be such a great place to get terrific food. Now it is so different. I tried to reach corporate customer line and was sent out of the country and told Popeye’s policy was to not disclose where customers were sent. Life’s too short… Bye Bye to Popeye’s!

This was my first time at a Popeyes restaurant ever, and the experience was HORRIBLE! The night shift manager Tye or Tie if that’s even her name was so rude, and nasty. She wasn’t willing to fix any of the issues nor was she willing to take responsibility for having myself and multiple other customers waiting on simple orders for 25-30 mins. She refused to give me corporates number, but I will be reporting the incident that took place tonight. She also had tongue rings, and piercings all over her face she had such a nasty attitude.Writing this review I am SPEECHLESS. I requested a refund and I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back. All of this for a 6 piece wing combo, a chicken sandwich & one apple pie… something needs to be done, she was so RUDE and NEGATIVE. She even refused to give me back my original receipt, so it looks as if my order never existed!

I was highly impressed with the level of customer service I received from the minute I walked in until the time I left. I was greeted upon entering and thanked for my patience while they made my food. The woman that took my order made sure she had everything correct and that she spelled my name right. I’ve had so many people misspell my very common name, so I was surprised someone actually took the time out to get it right. I ordered the 5 piece spicy chicken tenders combo, but had to wait on the tenders to cook. I was informed of the wait time and the women at the front checked on me while I waited to make sure I was comfortable. The food was hot, the drink was delicious, and I was served with a smile from everyone who interacted with me. While the dining area is kinda small, they do have an area to eat at outside that offers additional space. The restaurant was clean, well kept, and everything was stocked and neat in the drink area. I definitely enjoyed my experience and will be returning in the future.

Consistently inconsistent. Yesterday was a bad experience. I only try again every six weeks or so. Love the taste of their chicken and sides when they are FRESH. How can the warming bins be overflowing at 6 pm when food should be fresh at this time of day? Bone-in chicken and fries were both old. Both teas were weak. Bland taste. The tables, fountain area, floors and parking lot were all trashy. Employees were indifferent and lazy. High employee turnover is part of the problem.

Spicy chicken sandwich is NOT spicy in the slightest. Tried it and the Diablo spicy chicken sandwich from KFC. Neither one was spicy, KFC had a little more kick than Popeyes. Will NOT be going back to either restaurant again. Service was great, spicy food was extremely lacking.

Horrible horrible popcorn shrimp. I’ve never been more disappointed in my life. Couldn’t eat a single shrimp out of my entire combo. All the shrimp was breaded over dried hard shrimps. I seriously want my money back! I was just passing through so going back wasn’t a option.
