The grass was way overgrown on the property, the restaurant looked run down. My daughter got a blacken chicken sandwich and it was so hard she couldn’t bite it so, it wasn’t Blake’s it was just burnt and over cooked. The regular Crispy Chicken sandwich saw just ok. This location really needs an overhaul. Very disappointed to eat at this location then to waste money on a sandwich that was so bad. Hard to take back when you go through the drive thru.

This was during the Lunchtime hour. Fries were cold, Chicken, some overcooked. Nowhere near the good taste I remember. The service was good. I went thru the drive thru, Sandra had a smile and pleasantries. I had to pull over to wait for my order, she brought it to me.

We ordered a large family meal of chicken and half of it was so dried out we couldnt even eat it. When youre spending $50 on 16 pieces of chicken you expect every piece to be edible. Also, This location doesn’t have any veggie other than coleslaw, if you consider that a veg. I don’t know if all Popeye’s has done away with veggies but it’s kind of disappointing when you go to order a meal and can’t order a veg to go with it. The customer service needs some improvement too. No one seems happy to be working there.

Let me first take responsibility for even going here in the first place. Usually I just ride to spring mills to get my chicken. However, I didn’t feel like traveling that far. The fact of the matter is everybody at that location needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Your either part of the problem or your disregarding the problem that exist. Where are your morals, integrity and ethics. IMO by leaps and bounds this is by far the worst Popeyes in WV. For those that have never been here before keep driving unless you wanna get

Great hot food after ordering a pickup, the second we pulled up they instantly walked over, got our order details and went to work getting the order right and even throwing in the bonuses. Would definitely order there again. 🙂

drive through needs fixed. i and three other cars behind me drove off without being helped because “they didn’t know my truck was in the drive through lane.” a simple motion sensor or camera would probably help make you some more money.

Just ordered a chicken sandwich 20 mins ago , eat half of it take it out the wrapper just to notice there is mold on my bread ! Yes mold ! After I have already eaten it! Also the chicken is slimy and mushy not crispy one bit !
