Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Very carbonated fountain drink. The spicy piece is not spicy enough but still tasty. The non spicy pieces are heaven. We got a coupon so we only paid $2.43 cents to get a fountain drink 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Can’t beat that. I’ll do another survey with the receipt and get a similar deal later.

The employees were rude and the food made me sick. Chicken tenders were dry and it was very obvious that they had been frozen. I was rushed through making my order. If employees don’t like dealing with the public, and cannot be pleasant, then they should get a job where they don’t have to deal with people. What has happened to customer service? I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I just happened to pick this place for lunch. The sweetest elder was working and I swear she personally made my popcorn shrimp and my red beans and rice with love! I wish I knew what her schedule was because I would only go when she was there. I’ve been back since and it was standard. I will be back

Food is always good which makes it harder to stay away because their service is subpar. Every time we go they ALWAYS mess up our order. Today was no exception. The staff was unfriendly and when I came back to get items they left out of my order they resolved it without even an apology. I even had to wait while they ignored me until I spoke up and asked for the forgotten items which were cold BTW. As I walked out I said you could have at least apologized but you really don’t care do you. Will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION. Just to be fair, since COVID-19 portions are smaller and cost more everywhere. My 8 piece shrimp looked more like popcorn shrimp so much so I almost asked if they had made a mistake until I saw the shrimp had tails. Won’t be ordering that again. $9 for a literal handful of shrimp, fries and biscuit. At least they included a free small drink.

Just ordered from here and the service and professionalism of the manager is disturbing. She was very passive aggressive (talking over the young lady that was trying to take our order). Then avoided coming to the drive thru window. This location must really need a manager because they definitely dug to the bottom of the trash pile for her.

I always get the Blackened Tenders. They are better for you and always cooked to order. Service is friendly, even though they never put utensils in the bag for sides in the drive thru orders. Certainly better than the location on 301. I’ll be back

Absolute trash : Employee stocked and pretended to not see us waiting to order… They were only doing drive thru and ignoring inside guest… Went to the restroom and continued to get ignored upon return…. Lady then stopped and went to back leaving us standing. We left! “Great employees”
