They made the blackened chicken tenders I got fresh for me and the sides I got ( mashed potatoes and rice and beans) were piping hot and delicious. Employees were also friendly. I will be back at this location in the future.

This place has the absolute rudest cashier I have everseen. I made the mistake of going here earlier today to buy my mom and I lunch, and the cashier lady was hostile to us rightaway. She was snappy, had an aggressive attitude, and was actually yelling at us both as we tried to place an order. At one point, when I asked her what side dishes they had, she actually screamed “LOOK AT THE SIGN”. Please do not give this place your business. Literally any other restaurant would be more deserving of it. Thank you.

I had 3 pick up orders at the drive thru. They gave me 2 and told me to come back in 5 minutes. I asked if they could bring it out? They said no and said I could drive around for 5 minutes or come inside and wait. One of the orders was missing a drink so I went inside to ask for it. All 3 drinks didn’t have ice and the soda was flat and watered down.

I used to purchase in this Popeyes located in Annandale, VA. The manager there (Mrs. Karla) she has a bad behavior and mistreat her employees. I think that she has a psychological problem with her husband at home, btw she needs to improve and provide a good services.

Taste is overall very consistent, but service could be improved. The dinning area got a nice setup but on the smaller side. Parking is decent. But what matters is the chicken. It’s always good. Today I just grabbed the new chicken sandwich and it was made to perfection. I recommend this place for sure.

Don’t ever go to this Popeyes at 11 pm when they “close at 12am” they gave me a totally wrong order for what I ordered online through Uber eats pick up. And even missing items in my order. Popeyes should change their closing time to 11 pm so that people won’t get there and they say they don’t have no food because the employees just worry about cleaning up to be out of work at 12am and not serving no chicken for a whole entire hour from 11pm-12am

The chicken is extremely small but the prices are high. This chicken wing is so small I sat it on top of the small biscuit, and when I asked for an extra wing because this one was so small the manager name “Dinesh” was very rude, he treated me like I was a thief when in fact they are thieves taking of paying customers, getting over on their customers by charging big prices for very small chicken. The manager “Dinesh” made me feel very uncomfortable as he gossiped (in ear shoot of me) to his staff telling them I was just trying to get free food, it really hurt my feelings and made me feel embarrassed. If this is the way Popeyes is going to treat their customers than I will never go to another Popeyes again. SMALL CHICKEN, BIG PRICES, AND VERY VERY RUDE MANAGERS. I would not recommend ANYONE going to this place ever. It’s not very clean either. This is a picture of the tiny chicken wing sitting on a very small biscuit. Popeyes has really gone down and this one is the pits!!! This manager is racist wicked person. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE AT THIS POPEYES.
