I went through the drive thru and wanted to pay for my 5 pc tender combo with a gift card that i recently got as a gift. The manager kept swiping the card and you can tell she was confused. She proceeded to tell me the gift card didn’t work. A guy came over to help her but that didn’t go well either. He told me the same thing after he kept swiping the card. Instead of them keying in the gift card numbers or using another register, they asked did i have another form of payment. The guy hollered to some in the kitchen did they want him to put it in as exact change and just give me a receipt because their drive thru numbers were increasing. I gave him my debit card as i didn’t have time for the foolishness. I then went inside to use the card and the cashier at the register just keyed in the 16 digit number & it worked. The manager was too lazy to do this herself smh

There is 4 biscuits missing and no answer the phone. Terrible service. This is not a first time but many times. I don’t understand how the owner or manager control their employees.

Can you please pull it together this is the second time I ordered food at this location and did not get what I ordered! I ordered through Uber eats and every single time something is messed up or missing, get it together. I ordered a 2 piece with a side there’s no side and why does the biscuit look like this
