The food was only warm and it was first thing in the morning around 11 AM so it should have been fresh and hot. It felt like they had made it in advance or it was left over from the day before. Only had 2 people working one in the kitchen. One up front, and she was also doing the drive through. So service was very poor this is the second time I’ve went to the same restaurant, and the results were the same for food and service will not be a third time.

Popeyes, who was the kid that you guys put at the drive through line around 6:30pm on 7/20/2023. I asked the kid to put the honey in the bag. He acknowledged me and went to go get the food. When he gave me the food I asked if the honey was in the bag, and he said yes. I looked in the bag but didn’t see it but I believed him. Got home and no honey. What the hell kid.

This Popeyes gets a 5/5 from me every time. The ghost pepper wings always come out hot and fresh. What else is there to say about the red beans and rice. Drive thru staff are always friendly, and from what I can see through the window, this Popeyes has one of cleanest kitchens I’ve ever seen.

I finally got to try out the spicy chicken sandwich. It was good as what I expected it to be. They have an option of either classic or spicy. I found the sandwich to be pretty juicy and tasty overall. I love Popeyes biscuits, they are yum. So overall the hype of the chicken sandwich was worth it, I would highly recommend everyone to try it out before they run out again.

Second time in a row I have ordered from this place and received the wrong or poor quality food. Every time I ask for the Chocolate Beignets they don’t have any? Also, Cajun rice. I order a large drink and get the smallest drink they offer. I live right across the street and can tell you I will not be visiting this location again. There is not going to be a third time.

At supper time you would think they would have both spicy & mild chicken wings available for purchase. Every time I go in there at supper time you always have to wait for spicy chicken wings which is about 10 minutes. Supervisor has to be more proactive & have everything available!!

I used to come to this place regularly, but they have started to hassle me about petty things. For example, they don’t want to give me sauce to go with my chicken. They did for years, and now they won’t do it unless the manager gives permission. This last time was the last straw though. They wanted to charge me for cups for water. To make matters worse, there was a giant roach on the floor. I have included pictures. I don’t plan to return unless the management responds to my post. I’m not asking for free food. I just want the assurance that the employees will not try to Nickel and dime me.

Be careful when you order here. Chances are the staff will NOT get your order right. They don’t listen to anything you say. If you don’t check the bag and screen on every visit. You will probably have the wrong item or a missing item guaranteed.

Waited forever in the drive-thru. Food was luke-warm to cold temp when finally received. Fries did not even come in a sleeve or holder. They came in the bottom of a bag. Not worth the wait folks.
