The food was excellent and worth a 4 to 5 star review hands down. All the food was hot, fresh, and yummy. However, the service here really dissuades me from coming back to this location. I’m not sure if this store is always like this, but it seemed to be short staffed and the wait was so long. It took me almost an hour to get my “fast” food. And the order didn’t even come out right because everything was so rushed. The kitchen couldn’t keep up with making enough food and ran out of a lot. A lot of people there were upset at the service. The workers there were pleasant, however this store could really use more workers to keep up with the workload.

Used the drive-through and ordered 2 chicken sandwich combo’s. Cashier could not have cared less about anything I had to say. Never asked what drinks I wanted Went up to the window she told me my total and took my card. When she gave it back I asked if it came with drinks but she was too busy talking with coworkers. She told me to go park in the HANDICAPPED parking space and they would bring my food out. I sat and waited at the window. After a good minute she opened the window and I asked her if it came with drinks she said yes and start to fill with soda. So I asked if I got to choose what I wanted. She said yes and proceeded to make my drinks. I then pulled into the HANDICAPPED parking space. TWENTY-FIVE, 25, minutes later they finally brought my 2 sandwiches out. No apologies for taking so long.

The cashier was the only one that was at the counter she had to take the order and go back and prepare the food the only thing that I did not like about it is that she had the same gloves on taking money as she did preparing the food and the service was very slow. Worst service ever. 6 people working and waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The Manager could have cared less. Found out the sandwiches were lying on the prep area. 3 people in the back doing nothing including Manager. Will never go back. This is not the first time.

This place was busy and the workers clearly had no idea what to do. Considering it’s on the DE/MD border and on US13, I expected more. The service was moving at the pace of continental drift. 3 workers and a line of a half dozen people waiting for food. People coming in and their orders couldn’t be taken. No one in the restaurant was eating. Literally all waiting. All the napkins, condiments, straws were empty. Drive through people were taking forever. We walked out. No way I wanted to chance eating that food even if it did come out in an hr. Get this store together. Yikes!!

They didn’t have mild tenders because they hadn’t came. We had already ordered online and didn’t know that. The Manager said go online and they’ll give you a refund. Wwweeelllll, about that. We had already head to go through the refund thing. Our order was like $58, we went online and follow the instructions. We sent many emails and they offer us a $5 gift certificate. We fought for 2 more weeks and they stop responding. Anyways, I told the manager they wouldn’t work. She replace tenders with another choice that my kids accepted. She even went and prepared our order fresh herself. Thanks Jen from the Seaford,DE store for a great experience.

I agree that not all the Popeyes restaurant are the same and other orders are good than others but last time in seafood I ordered three pieces chicken and it wasn’t good, grease, the fries over cooked and was looking dry, one wing had a feather. Went there today Sunday august 6th to pick up a mobile app order and they didn’t have it ready and I placed it at 12:15 and arrived at 12:25 and was told they don’t start making it till you arrive and didn’t receive my food till 12:44 and still had to return back to the store as they forgot one of my sauces. This is by far the worse managed store in Seaford and when I got home which isn’t far from the store at all, this food wasn’t even remotely hot it was just luke warm. Chicken Meal 16pc was old Chicken. Didn’t get any legs. Biscuits were cold and hard. Got Cole Slaw instead of Mac & Cheese. Fries were old and cold. Cashier was more worried about talking to her friends then taking my order.
