I initially had a slightly bad experience with my order because I was given burnt strawberry biscuits. I asked the the young lady who made the biscuit if they were all burnt and she said yes I then asked for a refund. However, when the cashier asked Ms. Carla to refund my money for the strawberry biscuits she said I can make fresh ones for you and would you like them and I said yes. She immediately made the biscuits and walked them over to the table I was sitting in. She apologized for the earlier services and then departed. The customer service that Ms. Carla provided was exceptional and based on this alone I will patronized this establishment again on her merit alone.

Stopped here for lunch while running errands with my eleven month old, and the service, food, and cleanliness of the facility are all top notch. Not sure what this spot was like under the old management, but the new owners seem to have everything humming along very very nicely. The manager on site was even kind enough to give my son an applesauce pouch, which absolutely delighted him.

Doesn’t matter which one you go to anymore. There are better locations however, Popeyes has a great product but the execution is poor. They don’t train well. Always have to check the order. Never correct. Constantly waiting. Can’t get their act together.

I went through the drive thru after leaving Boston Market up the rd because the person that took my order was rude. I pulled up here in the drive thru and was instantly met with the most delightful and cheerful greeting. The manager Carl was extremely polite and friendly. She greeted me with such a cheerful hello. I definitely plan on returning due to Carla’s positive attitude. Thank you Carla! Great costumer service!

I remember a few years ago there was a back and forth going on between Chick fil A and Popeyes. Maybe even Wendy’s….Chick fil A everyday and twice on Wednesday. This chicken sandwich doesn’t come close.

Took my order at 546 waited outside until 625.orderd 6 pies .sm red bean. Small mashed potatoes. LG fries ..took that long!! What is going on there. My first visit months ago. I was missing 2 pieces of chicken .but gave them another try. Boy was I sorrrrrrrrry.

I went thru the drive thru and was informed by the drive thru employee that they were out of my go to sweet heat sauce, not only was I recommend two different sauces to try but another employee named Star went above and beyond making her own version of sweet heat that was an absolutely amazing replacement sauce. Not sure if popeyes is tracking yet or has already done it but either way this person needs at least 6 more raises. Great atmosphere and service from Star and Zaahir, this will now be my go to location!!
