We have been to this location a few times now and I can easily say it has been the best Popeyes that I have been to in all of Buffalo. They have never gotten our order incorrect. The food has always been hot and tasty. During my most recent visit I met one of the managers at this location. He was a very nice person. The store has excellent customer service.

I’ve been in line for 20 minutes still waiting to be served in the drive thru and there are 3 employees outside; 2 watching the other rinse out a mop bucket. Clearly the men outside are not helping the women inside. This has been one pf the slowest experiences in fast food.

Twice I have ordered Mac n cheese with a sandwich, very disappointed. For $4.99 you receive this tiny container that was filled half way,, 4 forks and it was gone. Not worth the money, I don’t care how good it is!!!
