I ordered the 24pc ghost pepper wings with a strawberry fanta through ubereats which just got delivered 3mins ago. Literally as soon as I placed the order I called the store because I had a quick question/request. Some Indian guy answered the phone and I said “Hi, I just placed an order through ubereats and he ask me my name and says hold on. NEVER CAME BACK!!! I can Literally hear him in the background. On hold for over 10mins to the point I heard when the driver came to pick up my order. Very unprofessional and disappointing and disrespectful!!! All I wanted to know was could I get all flats or if they could make the wings mild instead of spicy smh!!! And sent the wrong sauces!!! When it clearly say ranch! ALSO RECEIVED 17 INSTEAD OF 24 WINGS!!

Worst Popeyes on Long Island. Gave them several chances. I’ll drive the extra distance to go to Shirley. Always a long wait just to order here. Then they never have the classic chicken sandwiches ready and tell you it’s an 8 minute wait eventhough you have been in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes at least. Then they try to talk you into some different sandwich. Never again!!!

When you’re going to Popeyes Chicken you expect them to have all the different types of chicken, a breast, a wing, a thigh, and a leg. So when I go through the drive-thru to get a two-piece meal with a breast and a wing something’s wrong when they don’t have ANY BREASTS… Someone didn’t have enough cooked chicken to sell. This is called poor management!!!!!!!! Oh and there were ants crawling all on the shelf where they’re passing the food through at the drive-thru window!!!! Ewh!!!!

As a gig worker timing is essential. When orders come in from food delivery services they sit on the counter and then the employees wait for a gig worker to show up before processing the order. That’s not how it supposed to work! Orders should be processed as they come in and put out for pickup! This would prevent backups and waiting time for all

This place been getting away with serving cold stale food for way too long. Whoever is running the company needs to do an evaluation and ASAP before someone gets sick. I prefer to go to the Popeyes in Shirley because their food is always hot. This place only get customers once every 15-20 minutes and serving them stale food.

I’ve been here before and had a good experience. The second time I came it was terrible. I ordered sides of mashed potatoes and gravy that came half full. I didn’t go back because we were having dinner. I did call and left a message. I also emailed the company. I never got an answer. Because the company never responded I won’t be back.
