I eat here quite often, love the food but I usually use the app and find it frustrating that they tell you they don’t start your order till you show up and confirm it’s your order…. And yes I pay online but it defeats the purpose of online ordering when I still have to wait 10-20 mins for my food

Slowest fast food place ever. I have been in line for 30 minutes and they have only served 2 people since I entered the restaurant. They are only taking one order at a time, finishing the previous order before taking the next one. Terrible management.

Worst place to get food I parked my car with meter running I’m standing on line n there’s only one person operating the register n that one person is moving around not caring about ppl on the line ..the person who is serving dk how to operate the register..it’s crazy like these managers needs to train their employees to use the register n serve …I’m surprise tht location is there so long cuz everyday they change manager n employees it’s ridiculous ..n the cooks that use to be there frm before is jot there anymore bring JEREMY back he was the best cook in that place cuz the food not cooking properly anymore

For me to even do this feels extremely petty, but idc. I wanted a plain, spicy chicken sandwich. Plain means NOTHING on it. Cashier tells me I can’t order the sandwich by itself and have to get a regular classic instead. I didn’t want to argue, so I just went with it. I get home, it has pickles and mayonnaise on it…

Food is great but the workers are horrible they move in slow motion with no care in the world they be on their phones talking laughing and the line be out the door. Especially the Indian guy at the register and if he don’t like something u said or did he will put your food down to make u wait for someone else to do it. I wish I could give this place a 0 star but I can’t. The customer service is a disgrace. They’re constantly short staff and they’re always low on food items. Instead of providing good customer service, they are quick to refund order and give you your money back to send you on your way. Terrible management and service from a business located in this already burdened community. Shame!
