Second time that I go here and they forget 3 things from my order. Never again! They never have half of the things on the menu and they are super slow. I tried to call to let them know about my order and the number provided for the Popeys in Menlo Mall (908) 227- 391 is not in working order.

If I could it’s a zero star for me. I wouldn’t recommend to going here, after placing a order online for pick up 20-25 mins ago. The order wasn’t ready on time, the cashier said that orders placed online they don’t them right away and made me wait for 15 mins. After coming home and check my order. My order is still missing items. No one was there they weren’t that busy. They all are talking to each other. And one of them was on the phone. Worst Popeyes location.

I would not recommend. The pregnant cashier was rude. We tried to ask for a change of order and she gave us an attitude and walked away from us when we demanded better service, They threw the receipt at us. A husky looking black male cook came to the front and started screaming at us and threatened to call the security. We didn’t even get any condiments with the order.

Worst experience ever. I ordered online 3 crispy sandwiches, and 1 spicy. Got a total of 3 bags instead of 4. They all came in the same bag style so I dont know how to know the difference between the original and spicy. Went back to claim another sandwich that was missing and got an extra spicy chicken sandwich thinking that was the one missing. Turns out I had a total of 3 spicy and 1 original. I went back and complained about it with my receipt on the phone telling them to replace 2 of the spicy chicken for 2 original chicken. They said that I ordered spicy and that they can only replace 1 but that I’ll have to wait 15 minutes. How am I suppose to know which ones is which if they all come in the same bag style? I ended up with 2 spicy and 2 original and wasted a total of 1 hour!! For something that should not be taking more than 10 minutes. Wont be coming back here again after this mess of an order.
