Sandwich bread soggy, oily as well as chicken breading. Also ordered a two pieces box. Drumstick meat is really dark, when inquired about it was told it is because of spices. A customer oriented manager would have replaced the drumstick without questioning. The only good thing was the ice it wasn’t melting.

Best Popeyes I’ve ever been to! The chicken was hot and fresh. The dining room was exceptionally clean and to top it off… the customer service was better than Chik fil A! Will definitely be back!

Great Popeyes! Super friendly service, and quick. Never had issues at the drive through or with the app. Best chicken sandwich as far as fast food places go in my opinion. Always wonder how they keep the sides so piping hot!

This location has gone severely downhill. There is absolutely no difference between the spicy and regular chicken tenders or they just forgot to add it because the spicy was not spicy. They also screwed up another one of my orders and the manager was supposed to call me and he has never called me back even though I’ve left numerous attempts to him. I do not recommend this you’re better off going to Colbie’s Chicken on route 38 in Mount Holly.

This is not a reflection on most of the employees as we have always had great service here. Today however, the manager on duty was very rude regarding a drink error. She continued to close the window on me when I spoke. When I said the drink change I needed wasn’t a big deal she stated “it is a big deal, we have to throw it away” First of all, I was basically saying it was no problem for me to have to wait for the switch. She misunderstood what I was saying, all while being rude and dismissive. We cancelled the order and requested a refund. It was done and then as I tried to explain this was my first bad experience here she then closes the window on me again. I did not raise my voice or even go inside. There was no need for the rude behavior.

Wow! Worst popeyes on the planet!!! Came here for lunch and had to wait over 10 minutes for a nugget and fry combo, all for my nuggets to be cold, fries to be disgusting and for the biscuit to taste like feces. Not to mention the fact that when i was ordering, the gentleman who is groomed like a homeless man, “Raymond” kept cutting me off and being passive aggressive, despite me being perfectly pleasant. And in the age of 2023, he continued to misgender me after i reminded him multiple times of my correct gender.

The people that work here, especially what I believe is the manager (always there) are the friendliest people in NJ. I get this sometimes on my way home from work when I’m just too tired (or late) to cook. They are always super fast (and I have a big family and order the large family meal) and it’s just minutes. Their service gives Chick-fil-A a run for their money!

I really enjoy Popeyes but as of late quality of food has dived and will not be back. It’s been getting worse, today the bun was nearly petrified like as if it had been out all day only to be tossed in a microwave on top ofctgat the sauce was nearly non exsistant as I guess it had dried out. The fries were Luke warm again just barely warm as if they were tossed in a microwave to “warm up” I understand the need to save food and money but I’d rather wait fir a fresh sandwich. I’ll be finding a new location. Tried again 11 am fries are cold, how? This place has gone down hill in last year
