Do not go to this establishment. It used to be good. I have been going to this location for over 5 years and I will never return. Assuming they have a new manager bc it never used to be this way. I ordered 12 ghost pepper wings l, large fry, and an order of butterfly shrimp. Every time I have gotten the shrimp previously I was told it would be a 5 minute wait because they drop them fresh which I’m fine with waiting for. This time I ordered and got my food within 3 minutes from ordering. I was excited bc it was faster than ever before. However the shrimp they gave me must have been sitting out all day under a heat lamp. They were hard as a rock and the first one I ate tasted rotten. I couldn’t finish the shrimp and lost my appetite to even touch the wing, which also looks dry. There is one thing that you always cook fresh and it’s seafood this is common sense. I got food poisoning from these “shrimp” and was throwing up and on the toilet till the next morning. This is unsanitary and unsafe. Do not go here they don’t cook food fresh anymore. Sad to see this place go down hill

I went to this location, I ordered 16 (2 whole chickens) pieces of chicken and they only gave us two breast 4 thighs and the rest legs…. Tried to call several times and nobody answered the phone. Finally, took the food back up there, all to be told that we were lying. The cashier and the manager both were so unprofessional unruly and disrespectful. If we ask consumers are going to pay a high price for something that we could pay less going to the grocery store, as a convenience, then we should get what is expected. Will not be giving them my money ever again. Don’t waste your money on the service and disrespect,at this location.

The meal I received was the worst. I ordered popcorn shrimp around 4:30pm through the drive thru. The shrimp did not have any meat in them. It seemed as if I received the last shrimp from the bottom of the bag! I basically ate fried coating. Never again will they get my service!

We asked for shrimp tackle box and the lady said they don’t have it she keeps forgetting to take the sign down but they made it for us anyway. Service was excellent. Food was good as expected for drive through.

This place looks dirty. The parking lot is always flooded out. I had their chicken tenders and ghost pepper wings and after eating them i felt sick. Do yourself a favor go to mount laurel popeyes they are so clean you can eat off the floor.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had I ordered online and when I got home after I asked if the sauces were in the bag there was no sauces so I went back because I’m that extra and they gave me a problem for asking for more sauces, even though they didn’t give me my original sauce….on top of that the chicken was slimy
