The food, including the chicken and fries, was cold/warm & not fresh. It looked like it had been sitting there 30 minutes before I got there. When I tried selecting the pieces I wanted for my chicken, I was told I had to “mix them up” because they were apparently “low in stock.” It made no sense to me because the place was empty & even if there was other people they’d just run out either way. Their soda was also flat/bad. I don’t normally write or give bad reviews, but this was most likely my worst Popeyes experience.

I am so disgusted with this restaurant not only were my ghost pepper wings old and had a horrible aftertaste as I’m sitting at the table eating a fly came on top of my chicken sandwich and sat there. They have to do more cleaning. It ruined my whole appetite I did not want anything else from there.

I feel bad giving such a low rating because the staff is always extremely kind to me and their quality is usually good. But today I guess they ran out of food and were just serving food they got from the grocery store because what I got was clearly not Popeyes at all. Definitely just Tyson anytizers and Burger King fries from next door. Why not just say your out of nuggets, or at least tell me it’s not the same? I would have gotten something else. It was gross.

No drive thru but app says there is one. Anyway went inside to pickup after 10 minute of ordering online. Nonody was there 4 min later a lady came and asked and i said my order number. She yelled at the line cook and he didnt give a dhit. I had to wait till if the guy want to cook my chickens or not. Terrible.
