This was one of the most mid level Popeyes I have EVER been to. There was only 1 person during lunchtime there and she was on her way out with her carryout. Most of the options I asked for were not available. The service was bare minimum and it took too long to get a small order for takeout. Will not be going back to this one

These people are theves yesterday a made an order of almost 70 dollars and I had food missing from my order I called them and they said that they were going to put my food in my next order with them I made an order the next day and they kept the order from the day before and did not answer my phone call, also told me when they answered the phone the day before to call door dash so they can give me the money back because they couldn’t I have my receipt and def will walk the later eather for my money orthe rest of my food

The chickens is so grease it nothing but grease to be truthfully honest with you. The chickens have to be piping hot when they’re give to you the chickens hard is a brick. Taking you only one pack of sauce and you got like maybe 12 more pieces of chicken it’s crazy and didn’t want to charge you for extra sauce

Earlier today sep 22 2022, a bit after 12pm: absolute rudeness and utter carelessness to the customer. I couldn’t believe it. 4 men, 3 inside the kitchen area and 1 dressed in grey behind the registers all ignore me. I work in retail as well, so I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed they’re busy and thought I’d give them a minute to sort what they have to and at least one of them would step up to take my order. But that did not happen, they just left me there and the gentleman in gray walked to the kitchen area and continued to chat with the rest.

Amazing hot food, crispy fried chicken and fries. The workers were all very understanding and very nice. The workers are so smart and they were not being cheap with sauces, napkins, spoons, and overall the best chicken I’ve ever had. Reminds me of hone sweet home. Brought me back to so many amazing memories as a child.

Hi I just came from the Popeyes in broad Street in Elizabeth nj. On broad Street. This why I don’t eat out. I ask for fries and shrimps the Indian lady act like she did not understand. Since she did not understand. I just ask for fries. I look in the bag the fries was just dump in the bag. No plastic bag like they have in other Popeyes. Never will I return. I did not get my money back was only $3. 73 cents wasn’t worth it. Probably wasn’t going to give me the money back. And this lady came in barely knew how to speak English. The staff laugh. That’s why I try not to eat out. They make it differcult to order.

The staff wasn’t very friendly to me or other customers when I visited, the food did not taste fresh, and they gave me spoiled coleslaw and refused to exchange it. For the expensive price of the food, it’s not worth coming to this Popeyes.
