Food was expensive for the quality of food we got. Biscuits, fries and Mac & Cheese were cold and hard. Then we ordered on the app and when we got to the store, we were told that we had to come inside because we wanted to add Mac and Cheese to our order. I asked why but kept being told that because I added to my order. I asked, “Why couldn’t I add to my order in the drive-thru and pick as well?” Was still told to go inside. Not a happy camper.

IMRAN who is the manager here and refused to provide his full name. Should not be providing customer service, be a part of a management or represent Popeyes. I arrived to the the drive-thru to place my order waited 5 minutes and no one said anything. I proceeded to say hello an attempt to get someone attention via the drive-thru intercom, still no response. Just when I was about to drive off. Imran begin screaming “why are you saying hello, hello, hello” at the top of his lungs. After I patiently waited for 5 minutes without being greeted or told to hold on. Please keep in mind there was no cars in front of me. Even if they were busy that behavior was completely unacceptable! I drove to the window to speak to a manager and to my surprise Imran with that horrendous attitude is the manager. He continued to be disrespectful with a condescending tone and sarcasm when I was simply asking him why was he yelling through the intercom. This man should not be a representative or a leader for a franchise as big as Popeyes. I will be calling corporate to solve this issue. In the meantime, if you are someone looking for good customer service stay away from this Popeyes.

Absolutely not! I asked for no pickle, no Mayo( I’m allergic to the egg that is used to make Mayo) and on top of that it was ice cold and the person who handed me the back sneezed in his left hand first then grabbed my bag with that hands and passed it to me through drive through, YUUUK!!! You guys have lost me as a customer. I threw the whole sandwich out and wasted my money.

When I got to the place I was told to wait at the table and they will call me when my food is ready well 15 minutes later and nobody calls me so I walk up and ask about my food and they tell me it was waiting here for 10 minutes. No one let me know that it was ready. If I didn’t come up it would still be there. So I ask them to make it again and give me fresh hot food. When I get home it appeared that the chicken was undercooked. Some of the meat tasted rubbery.
