I’ve been here before and the food was good. The place is nice, clean, good customer service, however today the food was sad. I ordered a 3pc combo with fries and a strawberry lemonade frozen. Came up to about 13 bucks. The biscuit believe or not was the best I’ve had in a while. However the chicken was bland. I don’t know who left out all the seasoning in this chicken but please ask for help next time. And my fries were tough like they came out of the microwave. The best part of my meal was the drink and the biscuit. Better lick next time. And please stick to the recipe.

I am absolutely shocked at how bad the food was. The fries were chewy and disgusting, the biscuit was not fresh either and there was a hair in the food. Plus the portions were EXTREMELY stingy and they included only one sauce packet with two meals. Never ever again, will always go to the Connecticut Ave location.

Have to change my review after today’s experience. Cashier charged me for the wrong order. Then got the math wrong on the correction and overcharged us. Besides waiting over 10 minutes for my food, which somehow was cold even though they suppose just cooked it. Pretty disappointed.

I was going to try KFC/Norwalk, but the customer reviews were absolutely terrible. So, I decided to try the Popeye’s just up the road (first time ever at Popeye’s). Terrific experience! The chicken was crispy, tender, juicy and tasty (the sides really do not matter as much). Service was friendly and professional, restaurant was bright and clean.

I don’t normally eat fast food but I love great service so I’m definitely coming back. BRIAN is great too, he made sure I didn’t forget my BBQ sauce. If anyone from management is reading this give these people raises (or I might offer them a job at my company) and congratulationson putting g together an excellent team.
