GET IT TOGETHER POPEYES!! The only thing I go to this store frozen lemonad… Most of your branches Only serve it a third of the time… Because like mcdonald’s they’re milk shake machine is always broken. Popeyes can’t seem to crush ice….. Then only offer one sizE .. Which I should add is a small at any other restaurant , Is $4.46 …then they don’t even give me a straw! Ans Fries are gross…..

My first time 3ver having Popeyes. They were a bit slow, but it was 10pm on a Saturday night…. The bathroom was very clean and the food… OH MY GOD I’ll NEVER have KFC ever again! The chicken strips are so juicy and flavorful, the fries are crispy even an hour later!

Not a fan of the chicken here. Everything is 65% batter and greasy. The chicken and shrimp taste exactly the same as a result, and it’s not a good thing. The one shining star is the apple pie. It’s phenomenal and worth every penny.

So yesterday I went through the drive thru ordered a 3 piece meal and 6 Pc pepper wing. My total came out to over $26. Now I was exhausted and it was after a late work shift so I just paid because I was starving and I wanted to go home. I check my receipt this morning and they charged me for a large meal (never asked for large) AND they charged me for a large fries on top of that. My order only included a small fry. People have told me about it happening to them at this location as well but again it was late and I was tired but definitely keep your eyes peeled for extra charges. $26 for a 3 piece meal (didn’t ask for large) and a 6 piece ghost pepper wing (which is only $5 to add on to a meal) is definitely an unauthorized upsell. Watch your receipts.

Went there with my mom and son to pick up a mobile order and witnessed the supervisor/manager get into a physical fight with the cashier. A fight that could have easily been avoided if the supervisor/manager spoke respectfully to the cashier as all she was trying to do was service us as our mobile order was not completed. When I got home my macaroni was watery and nasty.

Food is great but service is super slow. I placed a mobile order ahead of time because it always takes forever, it was supposed to be ready at 7:03, but I arrived at 7:16 and still had to wait until 7:35 to get my food even though they weren’t busy. Half the time something is missing from your bag.
