If I could 0 stars I would. Went to go dine-in but door was locked before closing time. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches both weren’t cooked all the way and were inedible. Got the scrapings of the Mac and cheese not a single noodle was in there just mush. Everything was thrown in the bag including the biscuit we ordered that was thrown in there with no container or anything, gross. Not to mention we waited at the speaker for a good 15 minutes for someone to assist us and spent 30 for this. The best thing we ordered was a bottle of water! Would love to speak to the manager about this

1st time it took 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru. Ok they had just opened in Hermitage Tn. This time they leave out one of our sandwiches. The chicken doesn’t taste like Popeyes really. The sandwich we did get is bland(just like the chicken from before). Idk, but it tastes like they’re doing their own thing instead of following the Popeyes recipe. Very disappointing.

Even though Popeyes stopped selling the fish sandwich the classic chicken sandwich was awesome! The young lady working drive thru was very sweet and was attentive..smiles and accurate order ..I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered a tea with light ice. It came with no ice, so I asked for a small cup of ice. The guy at the window quickly handed me a half filled small cup and asked him to fill out the rest of the way. He then told me he was “just trying to get me out of there.” I had only been at the window for a min, and most of that was waiting on my food. The food was good, but that guy should not be working customer service. I just got off a 12-hour shift myself, so I know how it is, but if you can’t even be a little polite then you’re in the wrong business.

Dont know what was up with the service when I came in around 6:30. I ordered and got my chicken in under 5 minutes. It was PERFECT and delicous as usual. Guess I got lucky, the poor lady with an uber eats order had already been waiting a while and I finished eating around when she got her food. The people who ordered before me took like 15 minutes. The one family walked in and when nobody took their order after a few minutes they walked back out. Still great chicken, just dont be in a hurry I guess

I was in the drive thru when the workers over the drive thru speaker complaining about customers coming then I ordered my food drove up to drive thru and this sketchy person was in the flower bed begging for money . I finally get my food after so long while I observed people using there phones and not taking the line that was long as hell . I got a deposit slip for 500 in my bag also . I seen employee’s that could have been doing something but were non productive.

Man the weekend staff = JERKS especially the young lady who smokes cigarettes then works the window. Children behind the counter, parking lot full ppl waiting. If I wanted to wait 20 min for food I woulda cooked at home. What an awful time!! Bring back the weekday crew!!
