It was mobile order, got there fast but my food was cold, customer service that didn’t care and none of my buttermilk ranch was in the bag. I ordered shrimp but it was mostly fried pieces of butter mixture. Will never go back there, waste of my money. Bunch of teenagers that don’t know what they’re doing

Lemonade was mostly water, said something to the young guy at the cash register and he just grunted in reply. Blackened chicken sandwich was okay. Place was dirty. Too many negative reviews to ignore here, it’s not just a few people with a chip on their shoulder. They have PROBLEMS at this location.

I have been sitting here for at least twenty minutes at their drive-through speaker ready to order, but there’s no one to greet you. Finally, someone answers, “Can you wait? I’m busy!” I tried to order, but they didn’t have Spicy Chicken. I ordered mild, but they didn’t have hot sauce! I tried ordering wings, needless to say… they didn’t have wings!!! Is this a joke?!? YES… this place is a joke! No manger on duty, and only two older Mexican guys working. It’s not their fault, but the management is to completely blame! How dare they lead them to fail. I will not be supporting this business!

I don’t typically write reviews but this Popeyes location was so disgusting on the inside I couldn’t not. It is literally filthy. In addition to being visibly dirty everywhere, multiple of the chairs were missing the bolts to anchor the seat to the frame of the chair meaning it can slide right off the frame. While three workers stood around talking, two others tried to take and fill orders. One had to reach around those talking to try to get to items he needed to fill orders, but they neither moved out of the way or stopped their conversation to help. I will never eat here now that I know what is happening inside.

These guys that run this place are scammers from hell. I don’t believe at all that their chicken is real. You can smell real chicken cooking from a block away. My order of 6 spicy tenders w 6 teeny packets of Wild Honey mustard cost almost $17.00. !! And the 2 biscuits they included were rock hard. Shame on Lockport for allowing such horrible business in their community to outright rip people off. Not a good review can be seen here.

Customer service at this location is terrible. The young man that took my order and was at the window was very rude and impolite. I would never go to location again because after speaking to the manger he was nonchalant about the situation and stated that this isn’t the first time anyone has complained about his customer service. After looking in my bag once I pulled off didn’t even receive my receipt. Good luck on longevity at this location unless they change personnel.

I’d rather make my own frozen chicken tenders than come here again. I waited a LONG time for anyone to take my order at drive thru speaker. Almost 10 minutes! And then my food was barely warm. I also heard they blocked Wendy’s from coming to Lockport which is unacceptable.
